Hello,My team is using Adobe Launch with Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud ID Service as extensions. We noticed that an unexpected API call to Adobe Advertising is made on some page loads. The API request is made to the URL https://cm.everesttech.net/cm/dd?d_uuid={ID}. What is the cause of these API requests? Could it be related to our use of Experience Cloud ID Service?Thank you

In Adobe Analytics, we need a line chart that shows the monthly trend for specific marketing channels (filtered totals). However, using a 90-day linear attribution model and applying segmentation still results in a chart displaying the grand total across all channels, even those excluded by the filter. This forces us to export data to Excel for accurate charting, which is inefficient. Is there a way to configure Adobe Analytics to correctly display filtered channel totals in a line chart?

Hello All!  I'm trying to set a comparison time period throughout all panels in my dashboard to Prior Period, meaning that I want the data to be compared to an identical time period prior to the selected current date range.   Example: date range: past full 7 days comparison: 7 full days prior to that time;  date range: Dec 10 - Dec 15 comparison: Dec 4 - Dec 9 (equal number of days prior to the selected date range) etc I'm looking to get this comparison date range to auto-adjust based on the time I select for the date range. Is it possible in Adobe?  I don't see options to set such comparison at the moment: - the "Add time period column" section only includes options to set fixed time periods to prior time or last year which is not what I'm looking for- the custom date range option doesn't let you set an auto adjusting comparison range  Appreciate your help! Hi, Recently I have implemented a new property using the Web SDK. It isn't the first Web SDK property I have implemented for the site, so mainly I have copied the work I did before for other properties. For my last implementation, I can see that eventhough the default 'Page' dimension is set correctly on Adobe Data Collection I can't see the dimension being sent on the Edge server call and when checking on Adobe Analytics Workspace I can see it gets populated with the value 'Other'. It didn't happened with previous implementations. My last implementation sets on a different domain, which differs from the previous ones, but both share the same Adobe Analytics report suite. I haven't added yet the new domain on the internal URL's filter section and I think the issue might be related to it according to the information I have read on this page.  Can you confirm if the issue is related to not have added the new domain to the internal URL´s filters as I suspect?&nbsp

I'm in the process of designing a Technical Specification Document (TSD) and when i checked couple of websites as a referenceI don't see "Page URL" in their data layer, how ever on network calls I'm able to see, the URL is getting passed and mapped to a defined, dedicated variablehow it is possible? meanwhile can i include pageURL in my data layer structure ?digitalData.page.pageInfo.pageURLis this fine? Please help to let me know Thanks & Regards,

Hello Guys,I would like to use Tealium's data layer i.e. utag.data in adobe launch to create data elements and rules to be used with AEP Web SDK but when I am creating data elements and firing the server call on page load than those data elements are not able to fetch the values. It says Can not resolved value of undefined. In this case the undefined is utag.data. Is it possible to use tealium's data layer in launch portal ? Please suggest !

Hi Team, I am having requirement that I need exclude the distributers traffic based on IP address and need to segment and exclude the traffic.Client is having more than 100 IP addresses. How can we achieve this?Can we capture the user IP address and send it to adobe analytics then can create a segment using those 100 IP address and then can exclude? will it cause any PII complains?

Simple question for you folks, but I don't get it. It's the first time I am using the event driven approach in Adobe Launch.I manage to trigger the server call for overlay events, but do not know how to retrieve the values from eventInfo attributes. I tried "event.message.eventInfo.articleName", "adobeDataLayer.eventInfo.articleName", "eventInfo.articleName" but none of these return any value, so I wonder what's the exact syntax to retrieve the values? Do I need to configure anything else in Launch before? Hi,We at Striim are working on building a reader for Adobe Analytics. In the developer console, we have created a project for Adobe experience cloud and analytics. We have created a OAuth Web API and are using the client ID and secret to make the authorization calls and token generation calls. The question is can someone, outside of Striim Technology partner account, be able to authorize and generate tokens using Striim's OAuth web API. Is there a way to support multi tenancy where Striim using the OAuth web API, can access the user's instance after authorization by the user, and read user's data ?

I was recently working with a client who had some interesting questions. In general, he wanted to see different derivations of how long products had been in the shopping cart prior to being purchased. Some of his detailed questions included:Of all visitors hitting my website today, how many already have items in their Shopping Cart (which is persistent on this website)?For those visiting the site today, for how long have they had items in their Shopping Cart? Hi teamI wanted to set report suite name in adobe analytics websdk migration. I am not getting this option. Can someone guide me where I can set the report suite name.I was new to websdk.

In my Adobe CJA connections, I am not seeing any records after establishing the connection. However, in my dataset within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), I can see data totaling approximately 2.36M records, but it is not being added to Adobe CJA. I have tried using both lookup and event schemas. I created a timestamp field and mapped it to one of the fields in my source data flow. Similarly, I mapped the identity field, naming it "Quote ID." I cannot use the timestamp which is already provided by XDM Experience Event because I don't have any field in my source which has Map data type. I followed all the steps in AEP, including creating the schema, setting up data flows in Sources (using Salesforce), and creating the dataset. The data flow appears to be functioning according to the specified time interval, currently set to 15 hours and add records within AEP. I even tried reducing it to 1 hour, but the issue persists with records coming up in Adobe CJA. Despite completin

Hello friends, I've used Adobe Analytics (product admin, Workspace, tag manager, etc) since Omniture, I chose to focus 2025 to revamp my Adobe related career by getting into CJA (thinking also AEP/SDK and Target) I'm trying to decide which CJA certification will help me get a job sooner.I happen to enjoy both tech and business sides of analytics and being that I have experience in the field, I wonder if I should go for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer Expert, although harder wondering if it can increase my chances as I could potentially do good if interviewed for Adobe Customer Journey Business Practitioner Professional roles,  or if doing biz practitioner is the fastest way to get my foot in the door. Does each certification leads to different paths, one business the other technical? I'd also like to learn about market demand, salaries and growth opportunities based on Q1 2025 predictions. Thanks! Rafael

Hi, I'd like to start sending new values to an already created list2 variable that isn't in use. The configuration in Analytics is currently as follows: . We've got an existing custom event configured in Data Collection that tracks and action and send information to Analytics about the user selection within a dropdown on page. This information about the customer choice is sent to Analytics via a standard eVar. All ok with the event and the population of the existing eVar. Now we've got the requirement to send, along with the existing eVar, the same values but in this case to the lis2 variable. I've tried to start sending the required values to the list2 variable using the custom code feature within the very same event as follows:  I'm using the same custom dimension that I've used for the standar eVar (already working fine) but I can't see the list2 variable when I check the Analytics' server call in the console.  I've tried with this other
