I have Visitor ID as an eVar,Now I want to know the email ID of that particular Visitor ID in Adobe Analytics workspace.Please assist. Thanks.

Hi everyone,  not sure if anyone has encoutnted simliar issues. We are running always on cmpaings in 2024 with a pause in summer. Everything is the same but after we relancuh in Sep/ Oct, there is a huge drop in website visit (only 1/10 of what we have before while click number is consistent) It is strange that the drop off happen in some EU countires but less severe in APAC. Any thougths on that? Thanks so much.

Hi - We are using the "Page Clean URL" dimension that is based on a pagecleanurl schema field. We noticed two things.1. That the Link Clicks metric does not show data for this dimension however, it does for Page URL dimension.2. The sessions recorded for the Page Clean URL dimension are less than the sessions recorded for the Page URL dimension. We are wanting to understand the reason for these inconsistencies based on how it is set up on the back end.

Hello, we are using adobe analytics mobile sdk and flutter platform for our iOS/Android native app. We have turned on "Offline Enabled" so we collect hits for offline activity. In the future we will set up a data feed and connect with adobe engineering to send "late hits" in the data feed. Does anyone know about an approach to report on offline vs online hits, within workspace or via data feed data? How can we segment the hits? Thanks.

Hi , I’m noticing a discrepancy in the average time on site. When I view the time for a specific segment, the total average time is shown a minute, but when I break it down by day or week, the average time increases significantly around 6 minutes.Could you help clarify why this difference occurs? But when I breakdown by custom date segment it showing "around 1 mins"  If I need to show the break down by month is there any other way I could present data.  ThanksRamya 

Hello,   I selected the report suits as xxxx prd in the project within Workspace, and I was able to retrieve the product column. However, when I also selected the report suits as xxxx prd in Data Feed, I couldn't find the product column. Why is this happening? WorkSpace:  Data Feed:  

Facing this issue for several weeks now. After editing projects, I cannot save those. I am the owner of these projects (I have created those and so have all permissions). Tried "Save as", "Save with notes", Save to different folder...but it fails 99% of the time. If I open a project and save it immediately without changes, it works. Any edits and it starts failing.

Hi everyone,We are experiencing an issue on our site that we hope you can help us with.Our company regularly runs TikTok ads, and we are, of course, interested in analyzing the campaign data.However, the data displayed in the TikTok Business Manager is significantly higher than what we see in our dashboard, with hardly any traffic visible.Our website is built on AEM and also uses Adobe Analytics.Our consent manager is Usercentrics, and we have the TikTok pixel integrated into our site.For comparison - TikTok shows 290 pageviews for a sample campaign, while Adobe Analytics shows no pageviews, only 4 occurrences.Usercentrics shows 45 consents via the cookie banner, with a consent rate of 100%.We can definitely rule out our firewall blocking traffic from the website, and traffic is not being redirected to another site.We use a link parameter to track traffic, which we embed in the link. I'm new to CJA and need some assistance with a solution.I would like to remove the test profile metrics from the reporting dashboard. For example, before launching the journey, I tested some audience segments (test audience) outside of test mode. Now, I want to exclude all metrics related to these test profiles, such as opens, clicks, etc. Is it possible to exclude test profiles by setting a specific date range or applying any condition to filter out these profiles? Alternatively, can I exclude specific segments from the reports?Note: Those all the profile was test profile

Good afternoon, I would like to send a ping to the Media SDK every time a pre-roll ad is playing. Here’s the flow: I pause the main video, play the pre-roll ads, and send pings every second. According to the document below, I can set the granular value to true, which enables pinging every second, but it only works for VODs. I need this to work for LIVE content as well. Do you know if any limitations prevent this from working with LIVE content? Hi, I am new to Adobe Analytics. Previously, I was using Google Analytics In Adobe Analytics, I have set up a lead gen goal for users who landed on the thank you page. However, I'm not sure how to manipulate the data and metrics to show the conversion rate. In Google Analytics, the goal conversion rate for the respective (landing) pages are shown automatically, but it seems like a bit of additional work is needed for adobe analytics. Hope my question makes sense. How can I implement or manipulate the data in Adobe Analytics to show this?

Hi! I would like to create a segment that shows me how many Visits our site has with No interaction (interaction = eVar has not been set) and then apply this segment to different pages.  Example: Interaction = evar30 How do I create such a segment? Been trying with:1) Container Visit = eVar30 does not exist2) Container Visit = Visit (metric) exists and eVar30 exist (exklude)and so on.
