Hello,I am having issues when I am trying to save a project that I have built.The original project was built a couple of weeks ago and I have now come back to it to do some updates and add some more visuals in. When I have tried to save the project I am getting an error message. This is the error message that I am seeing,I have tried to refresh the project, this did not help. I refreshed the page and this just lost me the work that I had done to the dashboard and then I got the message again. Does anyone have any idea why I might be getting this?Thanks 

When we try to apply filter on ‘curatedRsid’ field for Date Range API (https://adobedocs.github.io/analytics-2.0-apis/#/Date%20Ranges/getDateRanges_1), it is not filtering the data. Here we have applied filter on curatedRsid field and it returned 2043 no. of data But, when we apply filter on same field with different value it is still giving same no. of records. Could you please share the details regarding this.

Hi, Does anyone have flowchart like diagram for Adobe Experience cloud Mobile SDK flow like how the data is collected and send to Adobe analytics?

I have filters on a free form table and when I right click to create a line graph visualization, the numbers are completely off. Line graph shows 22,000 people in AugustFree form shows 850 people total in the entire data range. This is so frustrating to have to export this data and create visualizations in excel. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi, Is there a way to do a rolling pre/post time window to a given date? For Example, If I start a test Nov 1, I'd want my dates to be 5 in front (Nov 5.) and 5 behind (Oct 26). Can it roll forward and backwards? Thanks!

I have set up my alerts on adobe analytics. The problem is that I receive the report at 12.32 am. I want to change the timing of the report to late evening. Is there any way I can change the reporting time?

Hi All, I know Pages/Visit is a common and core KPI for Adobe Analytics. Is there an easy way to get unique number of pages viewed per visit on a website? For example, if I see "Page A" 4 times, "Page B" 8 times, and "Page C" 6 times in a visit, that's 18 pages/visit total, but 3 unique pages/visit. I want the latter. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to only include hits in a visit that ONLY exist for a particular evar and if that visit does anything other than that hit/evar, exclude them from the visit. In other words, I only want to get visits and count the visits that only include the 1 hit. I'm trying a segment like this, but I could just be duplicating the first part of the segment. I want to include only visits that have done the first part. I want to exclude every other hit within the visit to get users that only do "a" and nothing else in the visit. Not sure if this is right or if my "does not exist" exclude just double negates and is the same as the first part ("a" exists). Happy to explain further if needed. Thanks!

Hey there,I just tried to set up a segment for direct traffic.In definition part, Marketing Channel does know neither "direct" nor "none", although I can see "none" as a dimension in my reports when I use Marketing Channels as a filter.There a no suggestions for any channels in the dropdown, and when I fill in e.g. "Direct" or "None" it does get a red border. (See Screenshot)Visitor, Visits and hits get to the same result Some more information that could be helpful:- So far this page has only direct traffic (it's a test page)- In 90 days - there are only 730 Page Views. I know, my test doesn't really make sense. I try to get more into Adobe Analytics and wanted to test this. So maybe it's not possible to create this segment, because I have only direct traffic - but nevertheless, it would be good to know the reason. THX!Amelie

Our team does A/B testing rigorously. I am from reporting side and for the initial reporting for every A/B test, we have a adobe dashboard explaining the results with KPIs like impressions, clicks, CTR, lift and few down stream metrics for each version. Typically, we have 2-4 versions for very test - one control and 3 variants. I want to add statistical significance in each dashboard. We have a nav menu that has banners on the category flyouts. I'm trying to setup a rule in Data Collection to report these page event views to Analytics. I have a data element for these menu banners of core. Constant and the constant value is %event.element.innerText%I have an action that says "When it hovers" after a 3,000millisecond delay, for elelments matching a.sub-menu-link... then set the value of the constant to an evar. The problem that I have is... It will trigger when you hover the menu, except it only will report the very first "inner text" in the menu and not the menu item that is hovered over. I'm curious if anyone has suggestions on how to adjust this. Hi,  In the past with AppMeasuremnt and ID Service, we can config this overwriteCrossDomainMCIDAndAID option to support app-to-web visitor persistence. But it seems this option is no linger in Web SDK?  Or in Web SDK, the adobe_mc value from the app always overwrite the cookie in the web?  Thanks, John

Hi I have 3 exams scheduled at the end of this month. Adobe has upgraded the whole certifications user interface. Launched a new adobe certification portal. As a result, I do not see any exam scheduled in my account. I am on a business travel and need to reschedule. But nothing is showing up inside my account. Need help. Tried contacting support but they mentioned to look for it inside My Account > Certifications. But nothing showing up there. Neither I can sit for the exam nor can reschedule.
