Does anyone else encounter this Aw, Snap! error message multiple times a day? So frustrating, especially since more times than not, even though I save my Workspace projects often, I lose most of my work. Is this just a Chrome issue, as I also experience challenges in accessing Experience League and/or other Adobe doc links. 

Hi, What kind or rights to you need in order to change the First and Last Name of a user in the admin console?I have the below rights and I am not able to do it.  Is the only solution to create a new account? Thank you for the feedback.    

Hi all,Previously, we used to view all projects across the business as admin from components > projects. However, this feature was retired and suggested that it will be available from the landing page. I am still unable to show all unless the project is shared, checking if anyone has managed to find a workaround.Thanks

Hello, I have a question on my Adobe Launch configuration. I try to send my page information into a click event. I have duplicated the custom code that set the page variables from my page event to my click event.But for example, my evar13 doesn't seem to be set using the custom code (that works on page event), but checking the console log, the var is well set. I don't understand why the "s.evarX=" function works on my page event but not my click. You will find the screenshots here, as I am limited to four in the post: https://www.swisstransfer.com/d/d6d4f09d-8f11-4025-80ed-60daa6b498c8 If anyone has a clue on what I'm doing wrong here, thanks in advance.Best,  

Hi Team, We have ingested the adobe analytics data through connector on AEP platform and understand the limitation of having historical data not been into the profile store (13 months) and only live streaming data will be considered on all three services. We have a use case where we want to utilize the actual 2024 adobe analytics data through audience and trigger the campaign accordingly. Therefore, we would like to consider 2024 complete adobe analytics data in to profile store.We can do that by leveraging query service where we can have a separate table with respective fields by enabling the profile store and so those historical data would be ingested into profile store as well. Hi guysAfter the recent changes to the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK Debugger for Adobe Analytics I can no longer find the "interaction_value". Normally I click on events and that opens up another page where I find "interaction_value" - which enables me to determine the name of the page element I'm interacting with and therefore pull a report. Hello, Are there any monthly, yearly, or grow rate benchmarks for Adobe Analytics or Industry Standards? We just started advertising efforts July 2024 (so really new). Trying to set KPI Goals and Trends based on Monthly, Yearly, and/or Growth Rate data. Primarily B2B business in the technology and government sector. Primary KPIs include UVs, Avg time on page, pages per visit, and pdf downloads. Thanks!

In the normal client-side implementation we tag an URL outside our app with the campaign query parameter,e .g. cid. When user clicks on this URL Adobe library via Campaign plugin captures the value and populates the Tracking Code report.  In case of server-side tracking when user clicks on the URL with the query string parameter what is mechanism that populates <campaign> /<campaign> parameter in the XML tag.   

We are in the process of migrating mobile app events from the Adobe SDK to the Tealium SDK. Before pushing Tealium SDK changes to production, we would like to clarify a few points. Currently, mcvisid is sourced from the Adobe SDK for mobile app events in the "academyglobal" report suite. If we switch to the Tealium SDK, mcvisid will begin to flow from Tealium. Will this change impact the visitor-level reports? Are there any considerations we need to address to avoid potential issues with the visitor-level reporting when transitioning to the Tealium SDK? Can someone kindly help us to understand the any potential impact. Thanks,Suma

Hi all, I'm having some trouble with the data sources FTP upload failing to process my files - I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but I haven't managed to find what it is, and data sources isn't providing any reason for the failure.I'm uploading some order information to connect with purchases on my site that are missing information, so the file is in the following format (only uploading one row to test the data source for now)Date Product Price Orders transactionID10/14/2024/13/41/00 REGCIT 999 1 GBU1363065As far as I can tell, the date is in the correct format, the columns are separated by tabs, and it is a valid purchase ID from my site - is there something I'm missing that would cause a processing failure on this file? Hi Team, I'm facing an issue when rearranging items in a Free form table within Adobe Analytics for all the browser. Here's what happens:1. I try to rearrange columns/rows for the first time, but they snap back to their original positions.2. On the second attempt, the rearrangement works as expected. This issue happens consistently during the first rearrangement attempt. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any tips or known fixes? I have added screen record in the zip file. - Steps to Reproduce:  1. Open a Free form table in Adobe Analytics.  2. Try to rearrange columns/rows (fails on the first try).  3. Rearrange again (works on the second attempt).

I have been using Adobe Analytics longer than I care to admit.   I thought I had a decent understanding of the tool.  Currently most of my analysis involves directly querying Adobe analytics data stored in our internal data warehouse.   With that said I still do some Adobe Workspace reporting.    I previously thought that the most efficient way to measure orders where a visitor hit a given page was to create a page dimension report and use the 'order participation' metric.   I thought the purpose of the 'participation' metric was to allocate the order to all pages touched in a visit.    I have been informed by support that I should create a visit level segment for each page that I want full orders reporting for.   I find this hard to believe given the effort involved if you want to create say a top 100 pages report.  Could be there is miscommunication between me and the assigned support person. So my q

Hi! A segment I built is causing some problems in my table. It consists of two rules that look something like this:Page URL contains {one term}ANDButton Click contains any of {20 terms}I know that "any of" segments have a limit of 100, so I don't think the segments being overloaded, but I'm not sure what else could be causing this. When I include certain date ranges, the entire panel breaks. Example with fake #s:Date Range: July 30, 2024 - July 31, 2024 | Segment shows 300 hitsDate Range: July 30, 2024 - August 2, 2024 | Segment shows 0 hits I know there's at least 300 hits since it appears when I just include 2 days, but when I include the next 2 days, those 300 clicks disappear. What could be happening here?

Our data layer began passing malformed product strings which map to s.products variables. After reading documentation, if the products variable is altered in an unexpected way and these values are not properly defined, this could prevent purchase data from counting properly. We also count orders with 2 custom events to split order by type in addition to s.products framework. We set a standard purchase event and custom order event to fire when the conditions when that specific product type are transacted via Launch:    Would our s.products data layer issue also impact these associated custom events from counting? Our orders have not stopped incrementing altogether, but are only averaging a small fraction of daily average. The sum of both custom events always equals total orders count as expected, even after the malformed product strings began passing through. Why would orders continue to count at all if the products variable is broken? Why are custom events affe

I am currently showcasing the orders,revenue using the last touch marketing channel. I also have tracking codes. At each tracking code level, the order and revenue are different then marketing channel.  So, my question is should I showcase to stakeholder revenue by tracking code or by marketing channels as I do not want to confuse them with it.

I am collecting page names in prop1 and page URLs in prop2. In the analysis workspace, when I break down the page name dimension for any particular page it also shows me URLs of other pages. I would have understood if this had been an eVar set to expire on a visit, but why is it happening with props? I checked on every page view server call correct/intended page name and page URLs are being sent.

Hi, I'm trying to write SQL Code on our Adobe Daily Web Traffic Source Table. I want to match our page views from Adobe Workspace to our Database downstream query based on the Marketing Channel Processing Rules. Our first rule is Paid Search and it's based on the Paid Search Detection Rules. How do I mimic this downstream? How do I get a list of all the possible referrers/Search Engines that constitute as Paid Search? I am trying to find a way to list all available reports via the Adobe Analytics API 2.0. I am aware of the endpoints to get dimensions and metrics, but is there a direct endpoint for listing all predefined report names similar to what we see in the UI. For API 1.4, we can get bookmark as workaround.
