Hi there,I do initialize the getPreviousValue-Plugin with Data Collection and then setting two eVars by using an additional rule, the Adobe Analytics extension and custom code looking like this:s.eVar18 = s.getPreviousValue(s.pageName,"gpv_pageName"); s.eVar19 = s.getPreviousValue(s.channel,"gpv_siteSection");Everything is working fine for this. Cookies are set, eVars are set as soon as cookies have a value.Now, I'm trying to add an additional line, looking like this:s.eVar17 = s.getPreviousValue(s.eVar2,"gpv_pageId");For this one, no cookie is built and therefore no eVar is set while eVar2 exists in the tracking calls.Can someone tell me why?

I notice from this page https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/admin/admin-tools/manage-report-suites/edit-report-suite/report-suite-general/c-processing-rules/c-processing-rules-configuration/processing-rule-dimensions that s.products cannot be set via Processing Rules.Does this mean it is impossible to set s.products from a mobile app using processing rules to map contextData to Analytics variables? If not, how do you do it?

I refer to the definition in the documentation: - The ‘Reloads’ metric shows the number of times a dimension item was present during a reload. A visitor refreshing their browser is the most common way to trigger a reload.- This metric counts the number of hits where the Page dimension contains the same value as the previous hit. So I use window function to calculate it: LEAD(post_pagename, 1) OVER(PARTITION BY visid ORDER BY visit_page_num) as next_pagename And then, if next_pagename = post_pagename, I mark this record as reload. But I got about 5 times larger the number than it's shown using the metric reload on the dashboard. Why? 

Hello Experts, Can I add a datetime field in CJA dataview which has 365 days plus existing field.Example:  Field A is exisitng which has date values.I need Field B = Field A (13th March 2024) + 365 days = 13th March 2025

If that's true, how does it handle data ingestion and reporting?Does it require connection creation? hi guys, i have a question relative to the transaction amount of 2 event page. Please follow the following context for more information: currently i have 2 event page, the 1st one (click_button) hits when user click continue button at screen A and the 2nd one (onload_result) hits when user on load successfully at screen B. The logic on my mobile application is when user click continue button at screen A, then user will redirect to screen B. With the logic as mentioned above, the number of "click_button" should always be greater than or equal to the number of "onload_result". However, as you can see in the attached image. With filtering by Android and IOS, I think the number for IOS is correct, but the number when filtering by Android is unreasonable. The number of "click_button" is 435 (Unique Visitors) and 862 (Page Views) and "onload_result" is 439 (Unique Visitors) & 866&nbsp

Until this past week, we were able to filter out the "(Low Traffic)" item from data tables by using the "Always Exclude" field in the advanced search mode of the filter option. Now Workspace returns an error saying "One of the segments or the search in this visualization contains a text search that returned too many results. Please narrow the text search criteria and try again." Even if we click on the "x" next to "(Low Traffic)" in the results list, the issue persists.   

We see Total Session Length present as the out of the box metrics in Adobe Analysis Workspace? How this is getting calculated, Is the value we are seeing in seconds or milliseconds? Thanks for the help!

Hi, I am trying to match the number of visits per day that I see in Adobe Workspace with the data from the Adobe feed.I need to do it by platform - web and app. I am using the following rule to count the visits in the feed: count (distinct  POST_VISID_HIGH||POST_VISID_LOW||VISIT_NUM||VISIT_START_TIME_GMT)It works very well for the web (the difference is minimal), but for the app it is not as great. Workspace always shows around 2-3% more app visits than the feed.It is like those visits are missing from the feed. The filters for the app and web traffic are applied exactly like we do in in Adobe.Should I consider anything else when it comes to the app traffic?I really appreciate any help you can provide.Kate 

Dear Team,The client requested an audit of their video tracking due to some issues. After reviewing the setup, here are my findings:1) They are capturing the video title in eVar19 as follows:1230674401112:abc basierter GentransferIt seems that both the video ID and video title are being stored together in eVar19. Is this considered a best practice? If so, could you clarify why?I also noticed that the video title is not present in the page view source or the data layer—it only appears on the video screen, not within the content itself.2) In addition, I observed that they are not tracking video pauses or video mutes. Is it beneficial ?Could you also provide a list of additional information that should be tracked, which would be beneficial for the client?Thank you!

We have recently been getting back 400 status code errors for calls to the 1.4 reporting endpoints that used to work as expected and we hoping we could get some assistance on what might be the cause. Below you can find an example of our request with some sensitive information redacted. Curious if this could be a side effect of this version of the API nearing EOL. Hi All,When I breakdown Paid search by" Channel Type" in workspace , i get "Paid Search - Unbranded" and "Paid Search - Branded". What are these? As per my understanding, PS-Branded are the ones where users land via product details and if user land via rando, search it falls under unbranded . But how is it calculated via adobe analytics , is there any criteria? Is this something normal ? Regards,Saurav. 

I am in the process of transitioning my Analytics and Target setup from using AppMeasurement and AT.js to WebSDK.I have a Global Target and a Global Analytics Rule that fires on every page. Additionally, I have several other rules that fire on specific events or a subset of pages to track interaction/click etc. I'd prefer not to migrate all the rules at once to make it easier to roll back changes or debug issues. Can I have my Global Target and Global Analytics run on WebSDK (on every page), while still having other rules run on the legacy AppMeasurement.js or AT.js to track interactions/clicks etc.? (Especially for analytics.)

Hello,I sent a datawarehouse report in CSV format via SFTP. I received it, but the separator is a comma, and I want it to be a semicolon (;) instead. I don't see an option to change this. Could you please help me with this?

I am using the "Custom Link" dimension in my Workspace. This dimension has the name of the clicked link along with some meta-data. Large Product-Refrigerator (category-link)   I want to strip the category from the dimension and only show the link name in the visualization (Refrigerator).   Is this possible in the Analysis Workspace tool or any other product?   Thanks & Regards.
