Hi Community, Context:We have built an hybrid app in which some of the flows are using web views. For example: once user clicks on "buy now" on product details page, the web view flow starts and it ends once user lands on "purchase confirmation" screen.  All the previous screens until product details screen are all developed in native. Queries:We would like to create a funnel flow in workspace for the web view screens (from buy now until the purchase confirmation screen), so that we can find out where users are dropping off. Wondering how we can achieve this? Since we are technically hitting the mobile responsive pages of website, can we just use the page name values from the website(which we are already tracking) to create a funnel? If yes, how do we segment out the mobile NATIVE app traffic on web views? We want to enable "Replace the last octet of IP addresses with 0" in the report suite General Settings, however, we have processing rules to flag internal traffic based on IP Addresses and override a prop (employee vs non-employee). Since we enabled "Replace the last octet of IP addresses with 0" the employee visit counts dropped to 0. The IP addresses we are matching on are ranges. So for example:XXX.XXX.86.0/23 provides IP range of XXX.XXX.86.1 - XXX.XXX.87.255We have also tested adjusting our IP addresses list to have a zero at the end, but this also did not work. If the last octet rule executes first by changing the last set of numbers to 0 before running any logic, couldn’t we load in to match on XXX.XXX.86.0, XXX.XXX.87.0 for the above example?"

What I know is using UTMs for internal linking is not recommended in google because when a user arrives at your website, this counts as a new session and a new pageview in Googe Analytics. If that user then follows a link with a UTM parameter while on your site, it will trigger a new session. This is problematic because it.Creates an artificially high session countWon't attribute conversions correctlyInflates your bounce rateReduces average session timeSo, the question is, should we expect any of such impact on adobe analytics? I think, it shouldn't because adobe analytics recognizes CID parameter and not UTMs.

What happens if RSID in not correctly configured?

We have internal site where user can login using the customer ID.Currently we are capturing the ECID and MCID in the analytics.But when we are checking the unique visitor count for month the count which we are getting is more the actual total customer count.(I know that UV metric count the visitors separately if user uses different browsers and devices. due to this the UV which we are getting is more than actual count.)If we want to identify the visitor uniquely across the browsers and devices together then what would be the suggested approach ?

Can we get context data information in Analytics data feeds?

It is troublesome to give a project to a business user and when they open it, the left column is open showing the components. They could care less. When I save the project, that column is closed. Is there a setting somewhere where I can force the behavior described above?Thanks ...

I see a "Welcome to your account" message after I verified my account login.  I see that I have Adobe Analyics included in my plan but cannot actually get INTO Adobe Analtyics.When I clikc on the "Access your service" I just get marketing information about Adobe Analytics.   I have been in the reportsuites in that profile a ton of times.f   This is the first time I am seeing this screen.  When I click on "Access your service" I am not seeing anywhere that I can actually get to my Workspaces.  

I was wondering if someone knew of the syntax that would allow me to fire a rule from within the custom code section of a rule.   thanks

Hello, I am trying to create a Marketing Channel Group derived field in Customer Journey Analytics that uses a combination of Source, Medium, and Campaign Name in the Case When logic to identify channels. Some channels are also using Referring URL in the logic.  Source, Medium and Campaign have session persistence set up; however when validating the derived marketing channel group field, the session persistence is not working as expected on the Marketing Channel Group. For example: A single session will have multiple marketing channel groups even though there is one source/medium which we expect would be grouped under one marketing channel group.Note: Marketing Channel Group is set up with session persistence   Detailed example:Marketing Channel Group Logic: IF source/medium contains any term "cpc" or source/medium contains any term "sem" THEN "Paid Search"  ElseIF source/medium is not set and Referring URL starts with [our site's domain] THEN "Direct - Interna

I get this error message when I try to Get Date for Adobe Analytics using Beta 2.0.  Worked perfectly fine before today. The field 'allowedForReporting' of the record not found. I'm not sure if there's anything to do to fix with my report suite. I have other report suites that don't show that error.

Hi Community! I'm hoping to create a calculated metric in adobe for 'average active days per user in a week/ month'. eg: If I was active (visited) on Mon and Wed this week, my number would be 2 for the week in question. In summary,  the days in a week or month on average that an app used.  Do you think this is possible?  Thank you!Sonia  

Hi, I'm going crazy trying to figure out why Adobe Analytics is generating varying Revenue totals for different Attribution models. When I build a simple table using Marketing Channel as the dimension and Revenue as the metric, there's no issue when choosing a different model (our default Attribution is Last Touch btw):  However, when I add a value from a product-related dimension (the "true" value in the table below comes from the s.products variable), the Revenue totals for each Attribution model are way off:  I completely understand why the revenue totals for each individual marketing channel would vary for each Attribution model, but I can't wrap my head around why the overall total changes when adding a product dimension. This issue persists no matter what sales metric I use: orders, units, etc. Help!

Hi there!I feel extremely confused questioning the documentation, but can somebody explain why 1m 40 sec is not taken into consideration for site section calculation?Next piece of question relates to why I was reading this part of article again and again: we had built following tableSo, I'm struggling to explain why in this case average time spent on Site for the segment is 106 and for Pages dimension is 141?I imagine that to get lower number there should be more unbroken sequences of pages with /library/stories, right? But how it can be, that there are more unbroken sequences of the segment, than unbroken sequences of the pages it contains? Thank you in advance.

I'm asked to reconnect/login to Adobe every time I open an existing report builder generated excel report. Other team members don't seem to have to do this. Does anybody know how I can prevent this happening or what might be causing the issue?

Hi Team,Last_Purchase_Number is a auto generated metric based on customer order frequency. And Implementation guy has no control over it.  However, for the first we are seeing   Last_Purchase_Number  is paasing "String" value due to which our data processing system is broken. Is anybody faced this situation? any help will be greatly appreciated. Note: in the screen shot, "abcdefg" is the masked data, however it's a string value got passed. 

Has anyone created a calculated metric to get the weighted average of visit number? It's something I use often when examining customer journey, and I often extract the data to Excel. I'm wondering if it can be done in Workspace to save time.

Hi All,When we are taking occurrences as metrics. we are getting "unspecified" value in report. but when we applied as "instances" as metrics we can't see "unspecified" value in report.what could be the reason? is it because the evar is expiring on visits and the evar value is persisting on post pages after the hit?evar97 setting :launch configuration
