Hi All,I would like to understand on what way this .sync or .overwrite file works while doing the below case Here I have a small scenario for your understand.Step 1 - We have created the XYZ onboarded trait name with expire set to "0" conditions along with rules update (i.e.) "usera==1".Step 2 - Instantly we upload the offline .sync file to that location, after 48 hours user "A" has realized under that XYZ onboarded trait. Step 3 - Since, the user "A" is no more in our system after several days. we would like to remove that user "A" from the existing XYZ onboarded trait and the conditions from the file are set to be "usera==0"My Query is?On what way we can remove that user "A" who already realized on the existing XYZ onboarded trait long back and please note that conditions still on 0 expire.Is it possible, If we use .sync file to upload with the "usera==0" or If we use .overwrite file to upload with the "usera==0" or both will work or not?Hope you understand my question !Thanks,Vijay

Dear Folks,Just want to understand on how to add multiple traits list into the "search for traits" fields from Analytics -> General Report.We would like proceed for Trait clean activity for the old and unwanted traits. Currently it is very difficult for me to add each by each trait and selection accordingly. Do we have any bulk upload options to realize the counts in a single shot instead of go with individual. Our organization uses the DCS API for on-boarding of CRM data (for various reasons, we're not permitted to use the AAM file transfer mechanism).  DCS is fine for qualifying a user for rule-based traits, but how can we disqualify a user?  For example, suppose we have a trait User Gives Consent for which a given user is qualified and later that user withdraws their consent.  To comply with GDPR rules we should disqualify that user within 72 hours.  But how?If we limit our User Gives Consent trait to a lifetime of 72 hours then okay it'll expire, but then we need to keep refreshing the trait needlessly for all those (possibly millions) of users whose consent doesn't change.  This seems like a brute force solution.  Has anyone else got a better idea?  I did hear rumours of a DCS API upgrade coming in 2019 that would include a trait disqualification feature.  Here's hoping! 

Hi,If we have a domain structure as 'example.test.com' and the main domain is 'test.com', we have in AAM built the trait as h_referer contains "test.com", would that capture 'example.test.com' data as well?Thanks

Hi,I created a trait in AAM with the d_campaign and d_placement value hardcoded.  However, on the creative d_campaign is hardcoded and rest is using macro for that ad server.  I can see the value pass in signals trait, however, I am not seeing any data on the trait that I had created.  Can someone please let me us know where we might be going wrong. Hello, I have a segment with a profile merge rule (PMR) No Authentication and Current Device with a current total segment population of 15.7 M. This segment is currently mapped to the AppNexus (APN) Destination through real time, batch, android and iOS. I've been testing PMR's and i duplicate the segment about using the PMR No Authentication and Adobe Co-op and the total segment population jumps to 57.3 M. Clearly I should switch these two segments to take advantage of the larger population correct? My next question is can I just map the new segment to the same destination ID's for each of the APN destination IDs and unmap the first segment?I don't want the agency to have to generate new IDs and ad groups just to swap out segments. Does this make sense? Glenn

Hello, is it possible to write cookies to users using DIL integration on our website via setting cookie destination on segment which contains users from onboarded trait under cross device type data source? Because we are unable to write cookies for such use case, however we have no problems to write cookies if we set up a same cookie destination on different segment containing rule-based trait under cookie type data source.Are there any limitations for writing cookies using cookie destination ?Thank youMiroslav
