Adobe Audience Manager

I have set up the Google Ads url destination (documentation below)https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/audience-manager/user-guide/implementation-integration-guides/integrating-third-party/rlsa-integration.html?lang=en It is working on my audiences of website visitors, (when i create a test segment of web users only and map it, it populates in Google Ads) However it is not working for audiences of app users (those segments do not populate in Google Ads).  I know that AAM module is present in App because those same app segments are populating in Meta business manager through the URL integration, I am just having a problem with sending my app segments to Google Ads.  Is there any additional step I need for this to work? Like an ID sync, or something like that?  Thanks,  

We have moved from App Measurement to WebSDK.  When we were using the Application Measurement Code  we had a synch call within Launch when the user logged into our site and we set that value to the eVar where we capture the hashed loyalty id.   I am not finding documentation on how to do a synch call or what to configure in AAM to get a synch call working.  

 We do not yet have our AAM synch call set up and we are still doing server-side forwarding.  We do have the right AAM Org ID set up within our Launch Web SDK.  This particular trait was set up after we moved to the WebSDK. It is fed from website traffic.  Is the problem that WebSDK uses the ECID rather than the MCVISID?  Notice that the Total Trait population in the graph shows that there are a little over 30K in the total traits but those numbers do not show up in the 1 Day: thru 90 day legend below.  How do we get this working properly?

We reached the end of our Adobe Audience Manager contract and will not renew. We will not migrate to AEP, and we are keeping Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.    Has anyone done this process before and is aware of, or has created any documentation on how to decommission AAM - shutting down data sources etc?   Thanks,   rich

Hello, for sanity check I wanted to see if there is any visitors overlap. There seem to be good chunk of overlap when using visitor-base segment but no overlap when using hit-base.Is this happening because a user get qualified for one experience and later qualified for other later? but even in that case shouldn't it show in the hit-base also? or is it just simple data anomaly? It would be wonderful to know what is the reason it is happening and what type of segment to use Thanks a head.     

How to get the AAM segments associated with unique id(profile ID) using server side API without using UUID/ECID/MID.I have an application where we do not have web page or client side JS. Need to fetch the AAM segments(target cookies) using server API to send it to target for personalization.

What is impact of migrating legacy AAM to WEBSDK with launch on existing Data? What changes we need to do in terms of traits and signals in AAM?

Hello, we are in the situation that we do not want the demdex cookie to be reported or used. AAM has been deleted and disabled and the cookie is not shown on the web, but it is shown in the DMP scan. Why is this happening to us? How can we do so that it is not shown in the DMP either?

Hello all, Last week we tried to onboard our CRM on Audience Manager.To do so, we created specific segments in Campaign and used workflows with a shared audience box.The Adobe cron eventually passed after 48h and we can now see our segment populated.However, the onboarded trait linked with our segment remains at zero: how is it possible ? Also, the number of devices in the total segment population is lower than in our export from the CRM - by around 50% - and we can't understand why it is not the same number in total. Many thanks,Val

Hello, I have set up some new segments in Adobe Audience Manager and set Adobe Analytics as a Destination. They are coming through into AA, however the Audience Name is "Unknown", the Audience IDs are coming in correctly. I have done this previously and the Audience Names have appeared accurately. The Report Suite in the Adobe Analytics Destination is the correct one and I can see the Segments there. Is there a reason why this would be occurring? Cross posted from here

Hi,When we are doing A/B test in Target, the audiences that we push from AAM seems to produce low visits.  Would anyone know why that would be the case?  The AAM real-time audience size are around 300, however when in Target, we only see 3 or 4.  Any insight would help on this. Thanks

Is the syntax in the mapping cell (aam=XXXXXX) correct?2. Does the rest of my destination config look correct?3. What actually gets shared with AdWords through this process of mapping segment XXXXXX to AdWords and Is there an example of the data and its format that I can refer to?  Thank you in advance, Michael

Hi Team We are in migration phase of client side tracking implementation of AA, AAM (SSF), Target, ECID to server side tracking using AEP web sdk extension. Also our current launch client side integration (tags) is integrated with 3rd party CMP (consent management platform) solution where based on cookies consent categories data is passed to AA, AAM etc. Currently based on consent from customerm, signals from Analytics are passed to Audience manager (server side forwarding - SSF). This restrictions are implemented using s.contextData['cm.ssf'] = '1' or '0'. by passing context varible with value 1 or 0, was ensuring data either to be forwarded or restricted. Now we are stuggling to implement this using AEP web sdk extenion. How we can pass this context variable s.contextData['cm.ssf'] either through XDM or non XDM way to edge? where and how can be implemented this? Thanks

Hello I am unable to currently access (it is blocked due to security risks "phishing" https://bank.demdex.com/portal/login/LoadLoginPage.ddx#/dashboardWhen I try  accessing via https://audiencemanager.adobe.com/portal/login/LoadLoginPage.ddx#/dashboard This works but once again when i login I am blocked due to it redirecting to the demdex URL and being classed as Phishing. Is there an alternative URL I can use to access Audience Manager UI? Thanks

Hi there,I am trying to understand a trait (123456) that has been implemented in our instance of Audience Manager. I believe the trait is populating based on a call being made to https://example-company.demdex.net/event?d_sid=123456, when someone signs into our intranet environment, therefore making the trait population essentially "staff". I've confirmed this request is being made by inspecting chrome developer tools (network tab) while accessing our intranet. I noticed in Adobe Audience Manager however, the trait expression is   pixel == "staff"  for trait 123456. What is the role of this expression and what do 'pixel' and 'staff' mean? There was no additional payload/parameters with the above request to demdex, so I am unsure what the purpose of this expression is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hope you are doing fine. I am facing some difficulties while attempting to create a new server-to-server DV360 destination, and I hope someone could help me.Step 1 - I received an Excel sheet from the client which contains data about the Advertiser ID and some Partner IDs. However, I can't find the Account ID. Does anyone know where I could find the Account ID? Because of this, I am encountering issues in this step: I've tried inputting the Advertiser ID and some of the Partner IDs there, but I could not create it. The previous screen looks like this:On this screen, I can only see the Google Customer Match Rate. The thing is, shouldn't I also see the icon for DV360 there? Best regards.
