EXPECTED RESULTA new project OOTB that has Content Fragments enabled would allow an admin user to create language copies for Sites and Assets ,and create language copy of assets using the DAM Language Copy workflow would work by default. A custom translation project should not have to be created, nor should translation automation be required for assets. ISSUEI have created a new project and noted that I am not able to see / access the create language copy button for assets.  Observe that the option is missing from the menu by default as shown in image.  User then attempted to use the OOTB workflow to create the language copy, and user encountered an error message (see below). What is somewhat ODD is that these failures do not show up in the folder "Workflow Failures" Assumption is that there is a permission based issue that is potentially causing this issue, but user has not been able to locate any incremental permission(s) that would logically result in t

We are using Universal Editor with Edge Delivery Service, I would like to know how to customise the OOTB text styles available in Text Default content type. For this particular example I would like to add more options to add alignments.  It's not possible to apply any customisations inside RTE fields through the json model.Could you advise on the problem?

Hi everyone,instance: Aem-cloud.I’m using the Core Page Component v2 (core/wcm/components/page/v2/page) as the supertype for my page component. The client libraries are being included through the Template Page Policy (Design dialog → Page Policy → Client Libraries).currently rendered as: <script src="/etc.clientlibs/testProj/clientlibs/clientlib-site.lc-232230oi9i39i23293i39-lc.min.js"></script>Expected: <script  async src="/etc.clientlibs/testProj/clientlibs/clientlib-site.lc-232230oi9i39i23293i39-lc.min.js"></script> Question:Is there any recommended way to add the async or defer attribute to these clientlibs.Can this be achieved via HTL override, or any other approach?Any suggestions or best practices would be appreciated.

Hi gurus, I came across the situation where I want to select multiple value from list box and display those selected values to Text field.For eg: Lets say we have 2 fields. one is  list box. another is Text field. My  List box contains RedBlueGreenYellowBlackIf user selects Red, Blue and Yellow. Then I want to display these 3 values on the Text field simultaneously.Now, I have seen the code where  var v = this.getField("ListBox1"); but the issue is I dont have this functionality(this.getField) in my adobe livecycle designer.Attached ss of not having functionality. so can you pls provide js or any solution through which I can resolve this.  

Hi, We have a use-case in a component, where we're using nested experience fragments on a page and when I try to get the current page path in a component (nested inside the innermost XF), the get the path of it's parent XF.  For example, we have two XFs - Child XF (/content/experience-fragment/project/child-xf) and Parent XF (/content/experience-fragment/project/parent-xf). And a Test Page (/content/project/test-page), where Parent XF is being rendered via 'Experience Fragment' component. Now, in Parent XF, the condition to render Child XF is checkbox controlled. And the component used in Parent XF is a react-based component, which will make a simple GET request to Child XF path and render the response HTML on the page. This is leading to the component inside Child XF consider the Parent XF as it's current page. As in, injecting current page in the inner-most component is giving path as '/content/experience-fragment/project/child-xf' instead of '/content/project/tes

I created a graphql endpoint for my content fragment and it is working fine in author/publisher/dispatcher. Now I am trying to setup cache rule for the  AEM persisted query. I followed below doc and setup the dispatcher config. But the cache is not happening at dispatcher level. I am integrating azure blob storage with Adobe Experience Manager and for that I have created my blob storage and a container put in relevant permissions. Also I'm restricting the access to only IP = 49.25.37.71. In Firewalls and virtual networks I've set the Allow access from to Selected networks and put in the IP in the list. Hello, I would like to know if it's possible when working with an accordion to simply copy the previous item and component type. For some context I have multiple FAQ sections with numerous items in each accordion. For example. I need to have 20 items. Each item is a text component. I'm currently having to add each item one by one. This is very time consuming. Is this possible? I've added an attachment of what I'm thinking.  Thank you!

Hi, I am facing an issue while trying to bind reference using AF core component (Adaptive Form text Input). While using the legacy component (Text Box) in Adaptive form, this is the bind refence property.On clicking on bind reference, I could see navigate through XDP structure and associate the correct field. In case of core component, I am not able to navigate and select the right XDP field to associate with text box. Why is the difference and how do we bind the fields form xdp to AF to generate PDF with data from Adaptive form?

Hi, Can we use AF core components to create AF using XDP templates. While creating AF using foundation components, I can see Form template option (to select XDP template) and then create AF where I can see the data source as well. On using AF core template and creating the AF, I don't see Form template option to associate XDP template. Is this option removed from AF core components? Thank you.

Hi,Is it possible to update environment identification icon. Currently for non-prod environments like dev and stage, I see a green button to identify the environment as "dev" or "stage"However, on prod the same environment identification button is not available. Is it possible to add environment identification icon for production and update the button name for stage to a custom name?Thanks! 

Greetings,Since a deployment we made yesterday, js files for our components are appearing minified, we were wondering if we could turn it off.I understand is better for our security, but our project has strict SLAs and we relied heavily on browser overrides for the most common support tickets and basic developments, so we were wondering if turning it off is an option in AEMAACS.Thanks in Advance!Best Regards

Does anybody know when  as in with which kind of activation are files evicted in dispatcher?  At the moment I am not finding a clear pattern. And doesn't seems to be any documentation available.  Please do not refer me to another article in this community because there is no other addressing this properly.  

Hi Team, We have a requirement to poll translated content from the TMS. Could you confirm if AEM provides any default polling mechanism for this, or if we need to implement a custom one? In case a custom polling mechanism or scheduler is required, how can we identify the correct Translation Object to apply the translations to, and how will the process determine which job it should target? Context :- Custom Connector is used- Human translation (Integrated with external vendor which support xml files)- For AEM Guides (DITA files translation) Thanks,Ravi Joshi

i have custom responsive grid and i want to limit that grid to allow a a particular type of component to add only once.i have restricted to allow it one resource type by setting template policy. but how to restrict to add only once?

Reading through older posts it seems like you used to be able to copy and paste a component from one page to another in Sites. I can copy a component but if I go to a different page, it doesn't give me the paste option. It only lets me paste it within the same page.  Is there a way I can copy a component from one page to another?  Thanks!
