Hi,I have uploaded a featured image on the page's images tab. Hi, We are trying to implement the adobe photoshop action api with the aio app builder to capture the png and psd files with Layered PSD non-destructive and transparent background.  When deployed the app builder code and triggering the action code via post processing profile, we are getting a rendition created with the no background of the image(white background) in aem.  But this is not the complete output we want. By checking the app builder logs, i could able to see the below error. Also i am getting 202 response code from the photoshop api. We checked the .atn file via the postman, it is giving the correct output image as expected. stderr: Sampler function failed with error Error reading file /sys/fs/cgroup/memory/memory.stat, Message: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/sys/fs/cgroup/memory/memory.stat'. If anyone have any idea about why i am not getting the complete expected output in aem. please let me know.. hi folks,Recently we noticed that one of our sites wasn't showing code updates we made via Cloud Manager.We found that there was a CACHE-CONTROL header with max-age of an hour. Sure enough, after the hour, the code updated. I cannot find this parameter configured in our AMS AEM 6.5.20 installation. ( not cloud) I assume I can add something to the dispatcher to configure this.  But what should I do exactly?Specify somehow that I want the clientlibs to update immediately with max-age = 0. ???Any advice would be appreciated.thanksFiona

I see some document that explains how you could customize Page Template properties template. But I can't find any document that shows how to customize Experience Fragment Template Properties.  We want to use some template properties to drive Template so we can reduce number of templates that differ just in terms of those properties.

Hi everyone In Adobe Live Cycle Designer ES4, I have a text field named "TEXT" (option "Allow Multiple Lines" activated). It is binded to a string field of an ABAP structure.I want to change certain parts of the text field to bold. They are already marked with "\b" for the starting point and "\b0" for the ending point.How is that possible? I am not good with Javascript :(TEXT.font.weight = "bold" works for me, the complete field changes to bold. But how can I change certain parts of the text field? Thanks a lot in advance for any help!

I would like to add the words "Back" and "Next".In the themes there is a section for text, but it does not appear to do anything.Thank you!

Hi,I have a requirement to enable previewing of WebP images (*.webp) in AEM On-Premise, specifically in the author instance. Essentially, when an image is uploaded, you should be able to see its preview. Currently, we’re unable to preview WebP images even though the WebP MIME type has been added to the OSGi configuration.I understand that AEM On-Prem does not natively support WebP images, but my requirement is specifically to preview the image in the author instance.Please note that my use case applies only to AEM On-Premise and does not involve AEM as a Cloud Service or acquiring a Dynamic Media/Scene7 license for smart imaging capabilities.The use case is strictly to preview the image once uploaded to the DAM. If this works, we can configure ImageMagick to generate the necessary renditions in WebP format. Hello guys , As per this docs - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/debugging/debugging-aem-as-a-cloud-service/logs  , custom log file is not supported in  AEM aa CS .I have tried writing custom logs to error.log in org.apache.sling.commons.log.LogManager.factory.config~test.cfg.json using below configuration . But I am still not getting custom log statements in aemerror.log file ( from developer console ) .    { "org.apache.sling.commons.log.names": [ "com.brandnew.core.models.TestClass" ], "org.apache.sling.commons.log.level": "INFO", "org.apache.sling.commons.log.file": "logs/error.log", "org.apache.sling.commons.log.additiv": "false" } Could you guys please suggest any other solution or point out any mistake in above steps?  

Hi,How are bundle numbers created?I have two instances of AEM 6.5 installed in two machines. A bundle (say 450) is present in instance A but not in instance B. One suggestion is to get a copy of the missing bundle from A and install it in B. The instance B already has a different bundle with the same number 450. Will this overwrite the existing bundle in B? I cannot change the bundle internally by re-bundling it with an unique number. This is not an option for me. Is it safe to rename the bundle number from the file system in the launchpad/felix folder? Are there any other suggest to resolve it.Thanks

Hi all, I was trying to setup a dispatcher on our Linux server which is also running AEM on 4503. I followed the Adobe documentation at "Installing Dispatcher | Adobe Experience Manager" When i add an entry DispatcherConfig conf/dispatcher.any inside conf/httpd.conf file, i am not able to restart httpd. I have only modified the below files as per the documentation, attached them for your referencehttpd.conf file (placed under conf directory) dispatcher.any (placed under conf directory)  If i comment the line which prevents dispatcher restart, from logs i could see dispatcher returning 404 and also says "Dispatcher set as handler, but not configured in server [publisher url]" I am able to see Dispatcher initialized successfully message, so i know dispatcher module has been loaded successfully.For a start i included wild cards under /virtualhosts in dispatcher.any. Added aem publisher URL under /renders . Anything else i am missing ? Thanks for any

Hello,  We have a Preview and Publish (Live) destinations within our AEM Cloud set up for approvals.In order to publish the page changes to ONLY the Preview destination we utilize the Manage Publication -> Select Preview -> Publish However, this is not creating a page version like the Quick Publish button does.  Question 1: Can I set up a custom workflow that will Publish all page changes to ONLY the Preview destination along with all asset changes and create a page version?(I had a custom workflow previously set up but it only published content changes to the Preview and not asset changes)If Question 1 is not possible, then:Question 2: Can I set up a workflow launcher to run a Create Version workflow whenever a page is published using the Manage Publication Wizard?  Thanks in advance!  

Context :1. AEM is running on sp12 2. Workflows are not transient and we do not want to convert them to transient since we need the history. Problem :  We have a workflow where we need to introduce process step and have below logic in it :if(custom field is valid){   proceed with usual flow;}else{   terminate/complete the workflow;}I have used "wfSession.terminateWorkflow(wfSession.getWorkflow())" to terminate the workflow. Ideally this method should abort the workflow and not retry it. However, in sp12 there seems to be an issue that it retries and then marks it as abort. I found a discussion if workflow is made transient, issue will be resolved. Is there any other solution to close/terminate the workflow other than making it transient in sp12. https://github.com/Adobe-Consulting-Services/acs-aem-commons/issues/2879

Hi team, We get a new requirement from our customer. we usually apply permission only in folder(root) level based on the security groups and it will be applicable to files(sub pages) as well  but now, we have to apply permission for folders and different permission for files as well. so we are not sure, how to apply different level permission for folders and files.  Can I get some guidance on this. AEM version - 6.5.19
