We're migrating workflow models from AMS to AEMaaCS, and some of our workflows used the Metadata Processor step which is no longer supported in AEMaaCS. In our workflow models, the Metadata Processor step is followed by custom workflow process steps to add some custom metadata properties. I saw this article which describes how to apply a workflow model to a folder, but I'm a little unclear on what exactly needs to be done to replace the functionality of the Metadata Processor: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/manage/asset-microservices-configure-and-use#apply-workflow-model-to-folder To replace the functionality of the Metadata Processor, would we need to create a Metadata Profile with out custom metadata properties for our custom workflow process steps to work? Hi,I have 2 env. one is dev & other is test . I am using Arial Narrow as a font in footer section. But while generating the pdf through output service from Test env. am getting different font not Arial narrow in resultant pdf output. While in dev environment am getting same font "Arial Narrow" in the resultant pdf. Can you please help me, is there any configuration in test because of that we are not getting exact font.

Hi everyone, I want to do some modifications to some properties on Adaptive Form and Adaptive Form Fragment (AF from now on). Right now, if I open the properties of an AF I'll see something like this:The values I want to change are for: Author Name and Created/Last Modifiy/Last Published. For Author Name I want display the UserName instead of the UserID and for the Dates I want to show it like it is right now but also add the User Name to know who created the AF, who modified last and the same for the publish. Something like this. I'm kinda new on this environment so I don't know if this is hard or not, but the issue I have is to find the actual file that render this page with that information, so I don't know where to change it. Any help is good help! Thanks in advanced,Luis.

I am an AEM developer with some experience. Since it's been more than 6+ years since I worked on this product, I am looking for taking the developer Certification to refresh my knowledge and keep up to date with the current version.I found this below certification while trying to book the Exam.AD0-E123 Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer ProfessionalBut this is not listed in learning.adobe site.can somebody confirm if this is a valid Exam? I have taken AD0-E116 a few months back and couldn't clear it. Hence decided to go with a beginner-level exam to gain some confidence. 

I have added the OOTB Lock and unlock payload steps in my custom workflow in AEM cloud but it is not locking the page. Is there any configuration I need to do in order to make it work. I have already enabled the flag for "Enable lock and unlock WorkflowProcess" in Adobe Granite Workflow Configuration Service and checked the permission for workflow-process-service user. it has full access for content path. Same issue with the OOTB create version step as well, it is not creating page version.Is there something else I am missing here?

    To implement context aware configuration, you will have to set sling:configRef property to every parent nodes of your content tree so that all the nodes under the tree will become a context and the configuration will be applied to it if you have multi locale site and you need to apply site specific configuration, in this case you will have to add sling:configRef property to all site root node respectively. This is where the problem was (in my case) and it was solved with the help of context path strategy. It means the context path strategy is something which will help you to implement context aware configuration without setting the property to every nodes of your content tree. Hello Community,We're using contexthub in our project to personalize the content. Basically, I want to conditionally load the contexthub libraries only when the page (content) is configured with targeting. Whenever the component on the page is configured with targeting, I can see properties (accurateTargeting/location) being added as part of the component node, but I don't see any properties being added in the page's jcr:content. How can I check and load the libraries?Also, I want to show the preview of the targeting (Persona) in the authoring environment. I can see the targeting resolution happening in the publish/Dispatcher environment, but I want to mimic the same behavior in the authoring environment(i.e selecting the options from the dropdown should resolve the segments and corresponding content should load it in the contexthub preview) so that the authors can preview the persona before publishing the page. Hi Team, Recently I created a custom metadata schema and applied it to a few folders within the DAM. It seems to be working as expected on my account and a few others. One thing I observed is that it is not visible to all the users within the same user group. I tested it with a new user and with a user who had been added to the DAM-Users group from a while back. I can confirm all user accounts (new and old) have the same access settings as they belong to the same user group. However, a few of them do not see the new metadata schema - they only see the default AEM DAM schema. At first I thought it may have been cookies related, so we cleared cookie history and also tested via incognito mode and via admin account impersonating the one that is glitching. No luck. Also, a lot of users lost access to the folder with the applied customised metadata schema - why is that?Question - is there something else that needs to be done when applying a custom metadata schema onto the folders? Hi, I'm creating a dialog with a rich text and a select field. The issue is that it doesn't save properly. Hi All,There are certain components in our AEM application which read certain values from its parent pages. When we target such components, component is breaking, because now path for the component is different, now its from /content/campaign, when it try to read from parent path, component is breaking. With RTE's Insert asset option, I'm unable to insert PDF content. I can add images but whenever I select a PDF document, it doesn't show inside RTE. Wondering if this is a limitation with RTE's Insert asset plugin or if we are missing some configuration.   

Hi,We are in AEM as a cloud service. We pointed the maven to download from the private local client central repository by configuring the intranet repo url in the project pom for both custom id and the central id under the repositories tag. From the logs, we observed most of the modules download from the private repository when we run the pipeline after the change.However, the it.tests module maven log still shows it downloads from the public central maven repository for example,Downloading from central: https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/junit/junit/4.13.1/junit-4.13.1.pom But the project workspace does not show any references to the search "repo.maven.apache.org" . Can you throw some pointers on this as how to override it.tests to point to private central repo for the download of jar files. Thanks,S
