Dear Communityonce again its me having a question about XML-Forms.Currently i am using the Live Cycle Designer 3 Version and unfortunately, the generated XML-Formatis not compatible with Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud).I am wondering if there is ANY way to make these files compatible and/or if the newer Software Versions (ES4 or AEM Forms) offer different XML Export Options to have them XML documents compatible with Adobe Sign.Many thanks in advanceAndrea

Can someone please explain the functionality and intention of the Adjust and Republish check boxes when you go to move an asset in the Assets view?I can't find documentation that defines them. Based on what I can cobble together on my own using the discussion boards, it looks like Adjust would update any links that reference the asset. Is this correct? If you didn't check the box, what happens? Does it impact published links? Thanks! 

AEM version 6.5 (SP 15)We have some config values of type AttributeType.PASSWORD, values are encrypted before putting into config file.Do we still have to decrypt them before using them in our Service? I'm working on creating a reference report using the ACS Commons Reports tool in AEM.The goal of this report is to allow users to enter an asset path and generate a list of pages where the asset is used. The report includes columns such as the containing page, modified date, and replicated date.However, I've encountered an issue where the queries (like "contains" or "fulltext") do not search through grandchild nodes, potentially leading to incomplete results. Additionally, I need to ensure that the Page's modified date is more recent than the replicated date. Could you provide guidance on how to write effective queries for this purpose or suggest alternative approaches to achieve accurate and comprehensive results? Thank you

Hi All, Just want to hear from experts on the stability of AEM 6.5.21 version which got released recently. We are upgrading our On-prem version from 6.5.17 to 6.5.21. Hi Team, We are planning to ingest assets from GCP into AEM. The total size of the assets will be around 1.5 GB. Should we disable any asset-related workflows, such as Batch Update or DAM Update Asset workflows, during this process? We will initially ingest 30% of the assets into the AEM development environment, and then move the complete set of assets to the Stage and Production environments.AEM as Cloud service version of AEMThanks,Geo 

Hi Team, I am new to RDE environment, I created one and I was using aio commands to setup the RDE on local but mistakenly I used wrong org ID than the correct one for command aio config:set cloudmanager_orgid **@AdobeOrgand now I am not able to change it at all, is there any command in aio to reset the cloudmanager_orgid? Thanks,SD

Hello!We are struggling with a GraphQL query on our AEMaaCS publish instance. For showing certain news on our Android and iOS mobile apps, we'd like to query a list of article content fragments... of a specific path after specific date sorted by date having a particular cq:tags tag set returning the _publishURL of the page that references the content fragment Current state: Date works. Path works. Sorting by date will be supported with the March 2023 release. Checking for tags did work in AEM 6.5 but now it seems it does not work anymore? Do we miss something? The _references attribute only returns "RTE inline references" and not the page(s) that reference the content fragment. Is there a way to accomplish that? How can we use ACS Commons Redirect Map Manager with IIS. The documentation for the module only lists the use of the module with Apache. The question is 2 folds:-1) Is the ACS commons module built to support IIS if yes then do we have a documentation for that.2) Will the module still work without the webserver configuration change in case IIS support is not available.

Currently we like to achieve the following with our AEM and Dynamic Media:   We upload a PDF into the AEM, it is getting synced to DynamicMedia(DM) and published. In the DM-Classic Windows App I can get the AssetFile-URL that opens the PDF in the browser if opened.   But from AEM perspective we like to achieve that our users are able to get the same URL or any kind of view for that PDF. Currently we check the renditions view of the assets for the dynamic renditions, we got a image-preset but if you follow that URL you only get page-1 of that PDF as image. But we would like to get the pdf or at least all pages as image of that document.   Any ideas how to achieve that? Do I achieve that by configuration of the AEM / Dynamic Media, it it a special image-preset or viewer that I need? Its important that the url is accessable by a AEM-User.

these are the things that came to mind 1. rebuilt the repo to use the new/latest maven archetype2. In addition to no.1, check dispatcher configs and the cloud manager configs3. if ACS commons is in used, check what features needs to be redeveloped/removed4. There's a more comprehensive list from adobe.com (which I can link later)  but I'm wondering if there are other things I need to know. Thank you.

Hi All,  I have a requirement of displaying a pop-up window before moving the assets to destination folder using the MOVE option if the asset already exists in the destination folder. As of now, when the asset is already present in the destination, AEM creates creates the duplicate by appending numeric values. Is there any way to check for asset duplication before the asset is being move and notify user through popup?  Thanks in Advance.

My organization has permanently licensed hundreds of Adobe stock photos. We'd like to import these into our DAM but have run into several issues:1. It's only possible to select a page with 10 photos at a time and each one has its own download button, it doesn't appear possible to do a bulk download let alone that of a single page. If download icon is selected after multiples are checked, only the first image is downloaded. 2. If this functionality is available, is it possible to transfer these stock photo assets we've purchased directly into the DAM since they're both Adobe programs?3. If not, can a request be made to Adobe to bulk transfer these assets to a specific One Drive location? We have over 2K photos and downloading one at a time is not how any customer wants to spend their time. 

From my very limited understanding of Adobe Commerce, it's a storefront. Marketers can create product-related pages and details there. In real scenarios, would external users (buyers visiting a website) interact directly with the Commerce Storefront? I am assuming Adobe Commerce has to be paired with Target, Campaign, or AEM to create a seamless customer experience.  Is this correct ?Also if external users can visit commerce store, order products etc.. Can I bring my own CIAM solution to Adobe commerce and customize it 

Hi, Currently we are not able to view the sidekick in Classic UI mode in AEM on prem version 6.5.21. This happens in the Microsoft Edge browser v128. However, the sidekick is displayed in Chrome v128 and we can use it for authoring.
