Hi,   I am trying to install dispatcher in my windwos machine. I am getting below error when I ran docker_run.cmd ..\out host.docker.internal:4503 8080  (default was unexpected at this time   I tried replacing ..\out with src folder of the dispatcher module , still same error. Looks like problem is with docker bcz when I run simply docker_run.cmd still same error is coming.   Please help!!

Hi all,  EPS file is not generating the thumbnail even after installed the image magic. When we upload the asset getting the below. Are we able to mark more than 1 review task as complete at the same time? If not, I'd love to see that capability introduced to Guides. 

Hi Team, I'm looking for a solution to replicate large number of nodes from author to publish server without impacting performance. In my AEM author instance there is a folder under /etc/com which consists of approx. 200K nodes. There is a business requirement for that I need these nodes in publish and preview servers as well. When we tried to replicate this folder in non-prod environment, it completely blocked the distribution queue (SCD) for hours. At that moment any page replication was taking more than minute. Few cases it was more than 15 minutes. So I'm looking for a solution to replicate these huge number of nodes to publish and preview servers without impacting server performance or blocking the SCD queue. Any suggestion would be appreciated! Thanks 

I was trying to add a component from the code side.Steps to reproduce:1) Clone the repository of wknd project https://github.com/adobe/aem-guides-wknd.git2) checkout to main branch3) Copy the helloworld component folder from ui.apps folder and paste and rename the new component to myhelloword4)Change the cq:dialog appropraitely5)change the html and .content.xml appropriately6) Add MyHelloWorld.java in the core folder and by copy pasting the HelloWorld.java7) Link the MyHelloWorld.java to the myhelloworld.html component as done in helloworld.html😎 Build using mvn clean install -PautoInstallSinglePackage I changed the package.info in the model package as follows @org.osgi.annotation.versioning.Version("3.3.0")package com.adobe.aem.guides.wknd.core.models;But still getting the error. We have observed a problem, where everytime a user tries a "Preview" action from Timeline on a parent page, example /content/we-retail page for any version number, it causes index traversals like below: POST /mnt/overlay/wcm/core/content/sites/versionhistory/_jcr_content.txt HTTP/1.1] org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.index.IndexUpdate Incremental indexing Traversed #10000 While this is seen for other operations too in AEM with heavy structure, but for Preview only, the index updates for existing oak:indexes (OOTB and custom) also get triggered, and can cause AEM slowness. org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.index.IndexUpdate /oak:index/lucene => Indexed 10000 nodes in 753.8 ms The time window for these logs varies based on the content size, but is replicable in vanilla for we-retail as well. No other AEM functionality for sites, seen to cause logs like : org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.index.IndexUpdate /oak:index/lucene => Indexed 10000 nodes in 753.8 m

Hello Community,We got AEM Author, Publish instance set up to host content in our cluster, As part of maintenance we are noticing our repository disk sizes for publish instances are growing continuously, focusing mostly on segment store. We got Online RC, GC jobs scheduled yet the 'data04484a.tar.bak' files are piled up at disk level. So am here looking for suggestions to have an automation to clean these files from Disk.  Are these .bak files safe to be deleted while AEM as service running ?  

Hi all, AEM as a Cloud Service SDK has Dispatcher Tools and Docker image as a part of it. What exactly is the Docker image and its role? Is it optional or mandatory? What happens if we do not use Docker image? I appreciate all your replies. Thanks,Rama.

AEM Viewports in layout view are broken on authoring instances and when authors interact with the different viewports, no change is presented on the screen and various JS errors are thrown in the browser console.

Hi, I am facing strange issue in my non-prod environment after installing SP 6.5.20. The filters in Asset Finder in page edit does not show any images. I uploaded few asset in particular folder in DAM. I could not see these images in Asset finder while editing page. There are some images visible in Asset Finder from other folder but new images are not. Environment AEM 6.5.20 I tried to reproduce same in my local environment but it is not reproducible in local with same setup. I had tried reindexing as well. I tried to add Asset Finder logger and Query Builder logger but no details in logs. I noticed URI /bin/wcm/contentfinder/asset/view.html is called for getting assets. Could anyone tell what query is formed to get all assets in Asset finder? ThanksAbhijit

Why is there a large disparity in my metrics for Video Name Instances vs. Video Start? I have an emebedded YouTube video on a page that registered 6.7k video name instances vs. 1.4k video starts. I would think the two figures would be closer together? Does this mean that users are starting, then stopping videos, and then clicking play again? I'm confused on the wide gulf between the numbers. Hello Community - I have a requirement to access the specific js from the clientlib (/etc.clientlibs/proj1/clientlibs/clientsite/js/test2.js) which resides under /apps path and allowProxy is set to true for the clientlib. My requirement is to access only the specific JS not all the JS as part of the clientlib and also the location of the clientlib should come under /apps and not /etc and we shouldn't grant any read permission to specific clientlib JS to access using /apps/proje/clientlibs/.../test1.js.  Also this should be handled using UI i.e not using HTL. we shouldn't create a new clientlib with only the specific JS because the below clientlib(testlib) is used in multiple places.  E.g. category name: testcl/apps/proj1/clientlibs/clientsite/js/                                                  |-----> test1.js        &n

HiWas trying form , on click of submit to AEM servlet - a POST , say at /bin/x path or res type and it throws a 401 (due to permissions is what I gather , how do I set it ?) . has anyone done this for CORE form components ? Hi Team, I have a git repository(Repo A) which has dependent on other main repository (Repo B). In Repo A we have a service implementation. In Repo B we have common code, here we have a util class and it has a static methods. We are calling these static methods from Repo B in Repo A. Now we are writing the Junit implementation for service class in Repo A. I am trying to mock this static method as mentioned below. Mockito.mockStatic(Utils.class); Mockito.when(Utils.getString()).thenReturn("Mocked string"); . i have added dependencies in my Repo A core POM and parent POM files.  I am facing issue i am not able to use the static method. I am seeing error "Cannot resolve method 'mockStatic' in 'Mockito'".
