I used Tree Activation to publish a big directory structure and now I have a around 27000 object in the queue. It is taking a very long time. Where can I see the publication queue to verify it is indeed processing the pages? I checked the publication agent https://author-instance/etc/replication/agents.author/publish.html Agent that replicates to the default publish instance.Agent is disabled. Replicating to http://host:port/bin/receive?sling:authRequestLogin=1Queue is not activeHow come the queue is not active and the status of my sites on the author instance report that they are in the queue for publishing. I have one author instance and two publish instances.

We have a view requirements for an asset management platform. Can users add assets to collections for future use? Can these only be viewable by the individual user and saved for their profile? Can Users create multiple collections?  Does the system have the ability to automatically deactivate assets once they’ve reached their expiration date? Will the assets be moved into the Archive cloud storage only accessible by the System Administrator? Are archived assets clearly labeled as deactivated and archived? Can the System Administrator search for and reactivate archived and deactivated assets?   

Hello fellow AEM Asset users, We would like to associate a source image(s) that were used in multiple pdf files.  We would like to avoid duplicating the source file in separate sub-folders for which the images was used in the multiple pdfs.  Please advise AEM Assets best practices in doing so, that would allow a user to navigate quickley to the associated assets used in a pdf.  Additionally if edits were made to the pdf, how to keep up with these relationships automatically. Thank you.Suzanne

We are working on project where we are migrating from AEM On-Premise to AEM cloud. On on-premises we are using SAML authentication handler for user authentication with Azure AD as IDP on both author and publishers(for all environments-DEV/Stage/Prod). Similarly, after migration to cloud, we have a requirement to setup authentication for both author and publisher. For publisher we have referred below link https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/authentication/sam... But for author , as mentioned in the above doc integrate the IDP with Adobe IMS., we followed the steps.Now The question is "is it possible to use a different Directory for each environment(Dev/Stage/Prod-author)". As admin console is the centralized location for all environments...we can create one directory and map to single Azure AD endpoint. How we can configure for each author instances of all environments or single directory will work for all author instance

Hi Everyone,         I am trying to resolve some of the dependencies in my project bundle, but I got to know all the dependencies are exporting by org.apache.felix.framework which is OOTB bundle. Hello,I am working on a new instance AEM 6.5.6 and org.apache.felix.framework bundle not export all dependencies defined on its manifest. For example, libraries javax.rmi or CORBA.I have another instance AEM 6.5.6,which was upgraded, and export were correctly. Any suggestions? AEM New, references not exported: On AEM 6.5 upgraded, exported correctly: Thanks!   

When using the ootb core forms container and action type as "Mail" I am able to send the email from AEM but I would like to create my own custom email template for my use case. Can anybody point me at email template I would need to override or which template Forms Container uses to send the emails inside AEM. I know we can create our own email service and have custom template but I am more curious to know if we can override ootb email template.

While working a website on AEM 6.5 (SP 6.5.19) ,We have the default Sitemap working as https://domain.com/sitemap.xml A requirement was to create custom sitemap url's and not the default ones as:https://domain.com/sitemap-cards.xml (show all pages from the path https://domain.com/cards.html )andhttps://domain.com/sitemap-resources.xml  (show all pages from the path https://domain.com/resources.html ) How can we do this? May be not a sitemap but create a separate page/component and render output as xml?   

We have a component with icons links and each icon needs to have one of the following two fields completed:internalLinkexternalLinkCurrently, authors can leave them both blank, which causes a broken link to a non-existent page. Hi, I have component A with policies added in the Editable template in one project. And I want to create a proxy component "component B" of component A in another project. How can I inherit the component A policies into component B? Please help. Thanks.

Hi,We have more than 260 pages with the ghost nodes.For example on this path(/content/products/en-us//Efficiency/compressor-monitoring/jcr:content/root/body-container/scrolling_panel/item_1657619257205/download_library) we deleted download library panel component inside the live copy AEM creates a placeholder ghost component for it. Like this, we have multiple pages .Is there any way to remove ghost nodes like any shell script or any other way.

Hello,   We have a requirement to use Storybook for quick AEM UI updates. Could someone please guide on how:  to use Storybook with ui.frontend modules? the documentation doesn't give details on how to do it How would it impact the existing components? What customizations would be needed? Any guidelines on how to implement it.

Can any user besides admin take an online backup?  What permissions would they need?  I am using curl but I guess this would apply to backups through the UI as well.
