Hello Community, I wanted to check if anyone else has faced a similar challenge and how you approached it. Scenario: Our current workflow involves manually transferring content from Figma designs into AEM (lower environments such as QA).After QA review, content is manually promoted into Stage and Production using packages. In most cases, final content changes occur after QA (~almost every time), so we end up re-entering or updating content late in the process.Mapping between Figma modules and AEM content fields/components is not always 1:1, which makes automation tricky. Environment synchronization is another pain point — content often drifts between QA/Stage/Prod, and manual promotion is resource-intensive and error-prone. Questions to the community: Have you implemented or seen successful automation between Figma and AEM to reduce manual content entry? Are there recommended plugins, SaaS tools, or integration patterns that help map Figma design

Hi Experience League Community, We’ve been observing a recurring issue where our publish instances experience outages (showing a whitepage with a 504 error), and during these events, telemetry data shows a noticeable spike and plateau in transactions related to startJob 10-15 minutes before the downtime. These transactions remain consistently high until the publishers go down, in which case, it will turn to 0. Upon inspecting the logs of our publishers, the only traces that we could find related to startJob is its presence in the stack trace of an unclosed ResourceResolver warning:*WARN* [Apache Sling Resource Resolver Finalizer Thread] org.apache.sling.resourceresolver.impl.CommonResourceResolverFactoryImpl Closed unclosed ResourceResolver. Hello,we are trying to add seo schema to our page, Adobe's documentation suggests to use json-ld to author seo schema, but I am clueless on how to add it as a property to page.json. Whenever I tried to add it as a property to page.json, the content which I author in that page is being rendered as a meta tag with name property which I have defined in page.json. It is not rendering as script tag as it was mentioned in documention. Could anyone help me with this.  Thank You.

Hi, We are analysing on decommissioning the Production servers but also wanted to check here for any pointers/tips to consider if we want to reduce the number of AEM Publisher and dispatcher servers in Production if someone has already worked on this before?For ex: Out of 4 Publishers and 4 dispatchers, if we would want to reduce to 2 each as most of the sites are migrated to a different tool and we are just left with 8 out of 21 sites.Thank you  

Hi all,I am trying to prefill an XFA form (XDP based) through data that is submitted through an Adaptive form.My Adaptive form is based off a JSON (Schema.json) attached. I bound each of the adaptive form field to this JSON. On the other side, I bound my XDP to a XSD file (attached).when i submit my Adaptive form, the form gives out the JSON (response.json), I am using a servlet to convert this to an XML (response.xml) and then use Render Service to stitch together a prefilled PDF form. But this is not working, i always get a blank form without any prefilled data.But when i use same XML and try previewing through AEM Forms designer, the PDF gets prefilled. Not sure what i am missing. I am attaching all the files that i used here. I am facing some blockers with the following implementation :-> Once I start the Review Task and assign the topic to be reviewed by a designated reviewer, the reviewer should also have an option to reject the task (in that case an email will be triggered to the author who has initiated the workflow that the item has been rejected by the reviewer along with the comments that the reviewer has put in).Customizing the toolbar in the inbox section is not possible in AEMaaCS is what I have come across - so I am looking into some insights as to how we can modify the ReviewDITAMAP workflow to accordingly have our requirement fit in?OR another idea that came across my mind was to somehow capture the comments section when the reviewer hits complete. Maybe if a comment like Rejected is put in I want to capture that and accordingly send a notification/email to the initiator stating that the workflow has been completed and when he/she opens the notification the comments should show up with "Reje

We have an AEM page (product.html) that is quite heavy due to a large number of authored components. As a result, only part of the components load during authoring, which affects usability.To work around this, we increased the request size in the main Sling servlet from the default value of 1000 to 2000. This resolved the component loading issue during authoring but its not performance oriented . This page also takes significantly longer to load via the dispatcher URL. we to make it better .I’m looking for best practices or architectural approaches to make the authoring experience smoother and more user-friendly, while also ensuring optimal performance on the dispatcher. Any suggestions to address both concerns would be greatly appreciated.

As javax.servlet dependency has been deprecated we are getting tidelift suggestions to upgrade to jakarta.servlet. However, when we update to that we are getting below error -Error: /apps/runner/_work/jabcd/japp-name/core/pom.xml [0:0]: Class org.ab.web.appname.core.servlet.FetchPDF is not assignable to specified service jakarta.servlet.Servlet Suggestions on this error asking again to revert back to javax.servlet. Just checking has anyone encountered this issue before? I am trying to send over a topic for review to the designated users and I can successfully do that. But the issue is once the reviewer has highlighted any text or may have added comments, it is not visible to me. What exactly am I missing?Also, I would like the reviewer to change the document state to "reviewed"/"approved"/"rejected" (based on the options available) - how to do that?

We have just discovered the groovy console, which is very powerful but also dangerous (from malicious or accidental use)   How do you secure Groovy console on Author on AEM cloud?  The only auth levels provided by AEM cloud admin console are "user" and "administrator" for the author and for publish.  Typically we use dispatcher to block all but our admin VPN IP, but this wont work for author. What is the point of ever running groovy console on Publish?  If publish was hacked in this way, it would be different from author, and get overwritten.  Surely it should only exist on author, then any changes it makes synced to publish? Hi, Groovy console was one of heavily used dependencies in AEM projects I was working on. As far as I understand using the /apps/groovyconsole admin panel will not be an option for AEM as a cloud but I am exploring the ability to run groovy scripts automatically. Could you please advise what is the recommended approach for using groovy console in AEM as a Cloud world ? Do you see any scenario that would be problematic for AEM as a cloud ? Could you also advise what's the recommended way to install groovy console in AEM as Cloud ? In old deployments we just installed a zip package via crx manager but it seems that this is not an option for AEM as a Cloud.   I also wonder whether there is a recommended approach for handling content migrations and updates for AEM as a Cloud service?

My question is: if we personalize content in AEM for different audiences, how are the segments resolved? I understand that we need to call Target (using mbox and passing parameters if required), but I would like to confirm—based on the response from Target, is the content on the page updated accordingly? For this implementation, we are not using any A/B testing or experience targeting from Target. We are only pulling the segments and authoring the content in AEM. I want to understand what role Adobe Target plays as an engine in this scenario. I've been following the WKND tutorial again (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-wknd-tutorial-develop/project-archetype/component-basics)Although it was going well, I've now run into an issue where 'npm run watch' does absolutely nothing similar to what happens in the instructor's video. I first followed the tutorial on my own project which I made from just the archetype, and when reaching the part where I'm supposed to run 'npm run watch', it ran a localhost:8080 instance instead of just building the frontend, and it ended up completely removing any and all CSS on the actual pages I wanted to work on when I ran it like the tutorial did. After debugging and searching for a while I simply gave up on that end due to not finding any answers. At first I believed it to be an issue with my project, so I cloned it from the github repository provided by the tutorial, switched to the tutorial/component-basics-solution and ran 'npm run watch'
