Hello People, We have different environments in project and different vhost and farm file for each environment domain.Since most of things are common in these, how can we merge into one and handle environment specific values using vars file? Any suggestion would be helpful.Thanks.

Hello, I started AEM 6.5 and installed the build with the maven command "mvn clean install -PautoInstallSinglePackage -Pclassic" the build is perfectly successful but when I open any page I see it empty   If i switch in developer mode i see this:  And here the log file. Hello Community, I have a requirement to bulk remove custom metadata properties (single-valued) for assets including removal of custom tags for bulk assets in AEM 6.5I know that there is no OOTB means to bulk remove the properties. Can anyone suggest what is the next best approach to deal this? Thank you for your support.

Hi, generatePDFOutputBatch function producing output documents double the amount of input map. Please find the scenario below sample code snippet. I am sending two templates with xml data and expecting two PDF documents as output, but it's produce 4 documents. I am bit confused, Any help please. We have a Workflow on our Staging instance that we want to move to another instance. I've packaged the Workflow by including the following paths:/var/workflow/models/workflowName/conf/global/settings/workflow/models/workflowName The package installs successfully on our other AEM instance, and all the Workflow steps are visible, but the 'Send Email' step is missing all the settings from the 'Recipient Details' tab.  Here's how the panel looks in Staging:And here it is on out other AEM instance, completely blank:All the other settings for the Workflow seem to have come over successfully.  Has anyone else run into this? We seem to run into things like this at every step with AEM. I'm having a hard time believing anyone uses this successfully in production.

Hi,   We need to shorten some DAM PDF url in our website.   E.g.    if PDF Path is: /content/dam/cms/myproject/resources/documents/mydoc.pdf,   on page, whether is a href or img src, It should display like /Documents/mydoc.pdf   Added rule as below in Sling Resource Resolver Factory:   ^/content/dam/cms/myproject/resources/documents/</Documents/   When I try to check if it maps to right url, it looks all good.     However, It does not shorten PDF urls on the Pages, whereas all rewrite rules for Pages work fine.   1) Do we need to write custom sling rewriter to handle this scenario? Hello,We are in a situation and maybe it's a common problem in AEM Project. So we have specific pages which require user login to be accessed such as payment-summary, wishlist etc.The project is AEM SPA and this condition is written on React components, to redirect to login if user is not logged in when try to access these protected pages. Now, same code is available on Author instance pages as well and it's making a redirection and unable to author the page.How to resolve this issue and Author should be able to author the component on Author instance?  @kautuk_sahni @arunpatidar @aanchal-sikka
