Hi,     I Am trying to create schema inside AEM AS cloud there i am looking for multilingual text field for Allows authors to input content in multiple languages but i am not able to find multilingual text field component inside schema build form. Is there any alternative way to achieve this in AEM as cloud service. your suggestions/Answers will be very helpful to me. Thanks in advance. Thanks.

Hi everyone, I'm currently working on document-based authoring using SharePoint, but I'm facing an issue and would appreciate some guidance. We are using an organization SharePoint site, and I’ve shared the document with helix@adobe.com by granting edit access. I’ve also added the SharePoint URL in the fstab.yaml file in our GitHub repository. However, when I try to preview or publish the document, I get the following error: 404 – Failed to fetch the page status. Make sure this document is shared with AEM. I’m unsure if this issue is due to using an organization SharePoint or if there’s something else I might be missing in the setup. Does document-based authoring work differently with organization SharePoint sites? Or is there a specific way external users like helix@adobe.com need to be granted access? Could anyone help clarify this and guide me on the correct way to set up document-based authoring in SharePoint for Edge Delivery Services? Thanks in advance!

I have reviewed the following query and noticed that I have a similar use case, but it require only the Universal Editor feature. So, whenever the client opens a page created using an editable template in AEM, it will automatically open in the Universal Editor, allowing them to make any modifications.However, my questions are different:1. Will the Universal Editor feature be available for AEM Site Template pages in the future? As far as I know, it’s currently only available for Editable Dynamic Sites (EDS). Is that correct?2. If I want to move my AEM site to the Universal Editor, do I need to enable instrumentation for all core components as well as custom components?3. Is instrumentation also required for Experience Fragments?4. How will template policies and the style system be handled in this case?5. Can we run a report created using ACS Commons Report Builder from a Java service? Requirement - Client wants to run a report every day to get all activities done on pages everyday (such as creation, modification, deletion, workflows, etc) automatically. So, we were thinking of configuring the report using the report builder and trigger it from the service and do the post processing based on client requirement. The advantage of this approach is that the client can modify the report easily and the changes will be reflected without dev involvement. Please let me know if there is a way to run the report or is there any better way. Thanks in advance!

Hi AEM/EDS experts, We are in the process of migrating AEM pages to the EDS gradually. Until then, we would like to redirect requests either to AEM or EDS at the CDN level using cdn.config based on the URL pattern & it works perfect ! However, the cdn.yaml is growing huge as the "matches" pages keep adding. Is there any smart way of handling this problem ? I would have created the cdn.yaml programmatically reading from a list of paths stored somewhere, but I can't do it with the Cloud as the location of cdn.yaml is unknown OR I can't do it vice-versa because I can't really write my program to fetch paths from somewhere.  Pls let me know what you think! Attached, a sample cdn yaml in doc format (as yamls aren't allowed for upload here.) for your reference to check "matches". This is not from the project. Just a default sample one.  Thanks!

I have a usecase, where I wanna display all the forms a user has already submitted. I have the user details (like email). I'm relatively new to market. How can I fetch all the forms from market which user has submitted. I tried some suggestions online:Using "FIlled Out Form" query in activity log API and fetching the leads from there. But for some reason my lead's activity log is not showing this field.Also, using smart lists with email filter of person and form name set to any, shows the lead itself in the export list. How can I get the forms list from this. Form Ids should work in order for me to fetch form details using that. Thanks!!

we have a multifield and we are iterating them in html using list.in between iteration im using <div data-sly-resource="${'xyz' @ resourceType='prj/components/content/xyz'}"></div> but while authoring ill be getting resource xyz to author at one place not in all places.and same authorable fields are rendered everywhere.is it a write behavior?

Hi, Our customer is planning to migrate thousands of videos from a third-party system to Adobe Dynamic Media. During our PoC we uploaded few videos and found that thumbnails are generated automatically from the first frame of the video. But, customer ask is to keep the same thumbnail as they had in their existing system. So, we decided to download the thumbnail image from third-party system and manually associate in AEM. We referred this documentation to associate custom image as thumbnail for the video (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/assets/dynamic/video#adding-a-custom-video-thumbnail-1) However, this manual process is mostly impossible when number of videos are approx. 40 thousands. I'm looking for a solution to programmatically set the custom image as videos thumbnail. Can anyone provide some insight if there is any API available for this?  Thanks in advance.

Hi, I need help to understand if https://hostname/content/forms/af/path...../.../jcr:content/guideContainer.af.internalsubmit.jsp which is generated on using GuideBridge API on submission of Adaptive form, can be modified to https://host.....name../abc/xyz/content/forms/af/path../..../jcr:content/guideContainer.af.internalsubmit.jsp. As we are trying to access AEM application over SI proxy, the form is available on SI proxy : https://hostname.../abc/xyz/content/forms/af/path../...html, as a result all the url needs to be accessed over /abc/xyz, but the issue that , as this internalsubmit.jsp is generated internally, I am unable to append /abc/xyz to the url. Any support is appreciated.

Hi Team, While reviewing the documentation, I noticed that the differences between AEM Sites DAM and AEM Assets (Cloud Service) aren't always clearly delineated. This raises an important question—if a client wants to build a DAM, is there a significant advantage in choosing AEM Assets as a Cloud Service over simply using the DAM capabilities within an AEM Sites instance? From what I’ve seen, many of the advanced features—such as Smart Tagging, Dynamic Media, and Asset Delivery—can be integrated into an AEM Sites-based DAM. This makes it seem like most enterprise DAM functionalities can be achieved without a dedicated AEM Assets program.So the core question becomes:Do we really need a separate AEM Assets Cloud instance if the Sites DAM can be extended to meet the same requirements? Thanks,Prajwal

When i insert a custom snippet into Guides editor and tried to click the Undo button from Menu it is not working. But it is working for OOTB snippet and snippet having only one tag. Guides allows the ability to view the differences between versions of the same topic. In this view there are red and green bars indicating additions and deletions. They are displayed side by side in the left margin in the location the change was made.In Native PDF you can do this too, and there are OOTB templates with styles to display the bars. However, the green bar, unlike in the Guides editor, always overwrites the red bar. The only styles that I see for this bar are as follows:.inserted-change-bar { -ro-change-bar-color: #2ECC40; } .deleted-change-bar { -ro-change-bar-color: #FF6961; }I tried to add a margin to one of them but it did not work. How can I offset one of the bars so that they both display when a line has both an addition and a deletion?

AEM as cloud service Hi Team, We need to store metadata — specifically the page path and timestamp — so that a scheduler can later pick it up and create a content package based on that path. Can we store this data under /var/project/storeData in AEM as a Cloud Service? We intend for this data to exist only on the author instance and not be replicated to publish. Thanks, Geo
