Hi, I have a servlet that performs a function, I have tested it and it works, to make it execute it is necessary to write the domain name followed by bin/serviceexecution.But now we want it to run only every so often, for that we have created a scheduler.The problem is that the scheduler is executed but when arriving to the call of the servlet, this fails, mentioning that we do not have permissions to execute the servlet.I think it is because to execute this servlet I need permissions, which I don't know how to set them.How could I add them or know what is the error.this is the code I made@Component(service = Runnable.class, immediate = true)@Designate(ocd = SchedulerUseConfig.class)public class SchedulerUse implements Runnable {    private static final Logger log = LoggerFactory.getLogger(SchedulerUse.class);    @Reference    private Scheduler scheduler;    private int schedulerId;    private SchedulerUseConfig config;    @Ac

Is java 21 supported for AEM On Premise (6.5 LTS)? I'm seeing conflicting answers. In the software downloads section where I can fetch the Oracle Java's - I see the following banner (for me the 3rd one) AEM Support for Oracle Java 17 and 21Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 LTS now supports JDK 17 and JDK 21. These Oracle JDK versions are also now available for download on Software Distribution.   But when I navigate to the "Technical Requirements [ Last update: April 14, 2025]"https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/implementing/deploying/introduction/technical-requirements It says "Oracle Java™ SE 17 JDK Z: Not supported [1]" -- With no mention of JAVA 21. Is it possible that I just need to wait for "Service Pack 23 targeted May 22, 2025" https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-release-information/aem-release-updates/update-releases-roadmap#aem-on-prem-managed-services

Hi,In my project we need to exclude some features present in the richtext toolbar.(example: remove the button for uploading images)I have read some of the official documentation, but it is not clear to me how to do .Also how can I test any fix in the local environment? the new interface seems not to be accessible from there.I hope you can help me,Thank you

Hi community,We have a requirement where only certain users (like content approvers) should be able to publish pages. However, all authors currently see the "Quick Publish" and "Manage Publication" options in the page editor toolbar.Is there a way to hide or disable these publishing actions only for specific user groups in AEM (as a Cloud Service)?Appreciate your help.

Hi, our content authoring team would like to hide the following unused AEM page tabs for specific page templates.Cloud ServicesPermissionsPreviewProgressive Web AppCan you please recommend the best approach to accomplish this for AEM as a cloud service?Also, please let me know if there is any risk in removing these tabs. Will it break any existing functionality? If no, will this customization be impacted by future upgrades to the product? Thanks!

If I have application1 to application5 then I want to access the " Company_Name" in all the 5 applications.Is it possible in adobe live cycle or somewhere through custom process in workbench

I have two brands, for example Brand A and Brand B, each with different template types and templates. I want to keep the template types in a global folder and use them for both brands. I created global template types, but I don't see them when creating templates for either brand.  If I try to create the template for Brand B then I can see only the template types specific to brand B. Any faced similar issue and found solution for this. Any suggestion would be really helpful.

In AEMaaCS, we have multiple preview domains configured in the Domain Mapping section of Cloud Manager. All of them are mapped to our Preview production environment, each associated with specific content paths. However, when generating a Preview Link for a page (e.g., from the Page Editor), AEM seems to automatically pick one of the preview domains, and it's always the same one. How does AEM determine which domain to use for preview link generation when multiple preview domains are mapped to the same environment?

Hi Team, In my website, I am using GraphQL queries on Content Fragments. When I am creating new CF's and publishing it, I am not able to fetch those CF's on my publisher website using GraphQL queries. After 1 or 2 days, I am able to read them so my question is, how can I remove caching for GraphQL queries so I would get new fragments data as well? I checked the dispatcher settings and found that the default rewrite rule is allowing cache for GraphQL like this# Allow the dispatcher to be able to cache persisted queries - they need an extension for the cache fileRewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/graphql/execute.jsonRewriteRule ^/(.*)$ /$1;.json [PT] I updated the cache rule as well in dispatcher repo to overwrite the above caching, but it is still not working on publisher/2003{/glob "/graphql/execute.json/*"/type "deny"} What could be the best way to not cache the queries. Thanks. 

We are working on an AEM as a Cloud Service project using Azure DevOps Git as our repo, and our main AEM project includes a couple of Git submodules for shared components and clientlibs. Everything builds fine locally, but when deploying through Adobe Cloud Manager, the pipeline fails to recognize or fetch the submodules. TIA!

Hi Community,I have created a project in aem and during the maven build and project deployment I am getting an npm error.The versions I have checked and updated as per the version available in system. The specific error is:"Failed to execute goal com.github.eirslett:frontend-maven-plugin:1.11.0:npm (npm run-script build) on project aem-guides.ui.frontend: Failed to run task: 'npm run-script build' failed" - and the maven build is failing. Can anyone please provide some insights.

Hello - I've recently attempted to sign up for an Adobe AEM developer account that will allow me to download the Java SDK for the purpose of developing a package that uses the Translation Integration.I think I did everything correctly, but I never received a confirmation email and when I go to https://experience.adobe.com/#/downloads I see the attached image.I'm an experienced dev, but am completely new to AEM. Could anyone a) confirm I did in fact register for the correct type of account and b) help me get my account approved?Thank you very much 🙏- Aaron

Hi,I have created the Sample Letter under correspondence management, but "Submit" button is not getting enabled even after filled all the values in form. Please suggest any possible solution. Additional Info : I'm using 6.5 aem on premise fellow packages installed(6.5.22 sp installed, adobe-aemfd-win-pkg-6.0.1328.zip , adobe-aemfd-compat-pkg-2.0.50). I can able to create the data dictionaries, data fragments (not getting any error).  Thanks in advance.

For content migration, we are using the Content Transfer Tool (CTT) to bring content from the AMS production environment to our AEMaaCS environments (Dev, Stage, and eventually Prod).However, during each migration (Prod to Dev, and Prod to Stage), we are encountering several challenges, such as:Missing content after the migrationAuthoring issues post-migrationWe’re concerned that similar issues might affect the production environment as well, and we’re looking for ways to minimize risk and ensure smooth content transfer.One workaround we’re considering is:Creating packages in Stage (which has already been validated)Deploying those validated packages directly to ProductionWe’d like to understand:Is this a recommended practice?Are there any better tools or approaches for cloud-to-cloud content transfer that are more reliable and production-safe?Any suggestions or best

Hi everyone, Our project has several dynamic dropdowns by using coral select. And it is supported in touch UI. Now we want to use the Universal Editor, but we didn't find a proper way to configure. So, my question would be:1. Does Universal Editor support dynamic dropdown? 2. If the editor supports dynamic dropdown, how can we implement it?3. If dynamic dropdown is not supported, does anyone know why this function is out of scope? Can this function be added back to the Universal Editor? Thanks in advance!

Hi,I am working in a multi tenant AEM instance. We are trying to retrieve workflow instances running/in any state for a particular model. We tried using getAllworkflows() which will give workflow instances of all the models. We tried few approaches but not working as expected.
