I am facing below issue about property indexing.I have two property indexes (cqModel, cqTags )defined at "/content/dam/personal-site/oak:index". Interesting thing is if I move these property indexes to '/oak:index" default out of the box location, property indexes picked by query. Hi,I have created a process design that's generate the pdf by using outputService. To invoke the process I have to pass the input payload in the form of xml. But I have the database where all my user entered data stored in the form of json. So, we have a middle layer that convert the json to xml and then will call our AEM REST API. My question is that, is there any feasibility we can invoke the process by using json payload itself. I did not see any of document related on that. Can we create custom process that take input as json file to bind those json data to our xdp dynamic elements. If so, can you please guide me how to create the custom process in aem form on JEE.

Hello,I'm using a multifield within the page create dialog. But when creating a page, the multifield isn't rendered. Hi Team, We have a requirement related to content fragments. Based on a checkbox selection in the content fragment, we need to copy the content fragment from Folder A to Folder B. Additionally, we need to support bulk movement: when a folder is selected and a custom button is clicked, all content fragments in that folder should be moved.Which approach is better for this: using a workflow or an event listener? Given that the project is headless and the backend system only consumes the content fragments via API,  So i just want to know that our approach does compromise the headless concept.?AEM version : Aem as a cloud service ThanksGeo

We are encountering an issue related to full-text search and indexing. Here's the observed behavior: We have a custom multi-valued property indexed for full-text search. Whenever tags are added—either to cq:tags or custom properties—we store the localized tag titles in this property. This approach is intended to enable search functionality for localized tag titles in Omnisearch. When new tags are added, the multi-valued property is updated via our workflow process, and the newly added values are searchable both in asset search and through queries. However, when a tag is removed, its corresponding localized value is also removed. Despite this, the asset still appears in search results, which is incorrect. The issue seems to be that the index is not reflecting this change, and the updated asset data is not being properly indexed after the tag removal. All scenarios are based on activities performed in AEM Author.Case 1: Without Binaryless Replicationa) What happens in the S3 bucket when we upload a new image for the first time in AEM Author?b) If we update the image in AEM Author (e.g., updating its title), what happens in the S3 bucket? If the image is published after the update, what changes will happen in the S3 bucket and in AEM Publisher?c) If we delete the image (assuming it has already been published), what happens in the S3 bucket and the AEM Publisher?Case 2: With Binaryless=true Replication What will happen for the above questions?Additionally, I would appreciate documentation links where I can find answers to these questions.

Hi TeamCurrently we are Migrating the Our Adaptive forms which used foundational components.In Text Box Foundation component "display pattern" type drop downloaded with predefined patterns Ex: ZIP Code, Phone number, Social Security Number etc.But Same option we are not able to get in Core components (Text Input), please help how to load these options in core component also to apply the pattern-based type.  

Hello, has anyone developed a custom validation extension for the new CF editor? I don't want to create a custom field, just add validation to an OOTB field. I checked the docs but I don't see any API for validation available: https://developer.adobe.com/uix/docs/services/aem-cf-editor/api/ I have the following use-case: two multifields, if one contains X items, then the other one needs to contain X items or the validation should fail and show an error to the editor.   Thanks, Daniel

Hi TeamCurrently we are using OSGI Adaptive form on-premises Environment (its Forms Project no sites and no DMAF assets)Following are limitations we experience while forms development core components instead of foundational components1)  Edit Rules --No Code editor option but its Foundational component which very useful for authors not dependent developers refer screenshot for Foundational component 2) Not possible to have Adaptive form with core components and foundational components, more over all foundational components don't have corresponding core component (Ex: Table Component)3) jQuery library not supporting in core components  4) Forms creating or development taking more effort compared to using foundational components5) Due all foundation components don't have corresponding core components maintaining two versions of forms having additional Maintenace overhead to project 6) Display patterns properties ex: type and pattern are missing in core compo

Hi Adobe Community,We are experiencing an issue with the "Manage Publication" functionality in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 with Service Pack 6.5.16.0. When attempting to schedule content publication, the process gets stuck after the scheduling step, displaying a blank screen instead of the expected page.No error messages appear in the server logs, but I noticed an "Uncaught TypeError" in the browser console (screenshot attached). I have also logged in as an admin user and checked the logs, but there are no clear error indicators. This issue is disrupting our content workflow. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Any insights or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance for your help!
