Da Adobe nun den Download von Fireworks gänzlich nicht mehr anbietet (jedenfalls nicht unterm Mac OS Catalina) habe ich ein Problem.Ich benötige einen alternativen Weg zu dem Fireworks Filter der sich unter Filter > „Andere“ > „In Alphakanal konvertieren“ hat finden lassen. Dieser bewirkte, dass ein Bitmap in eine schwarze (und transparente) Ebene umgewandelt wurde.So konnte ich jegliches auf weiß abgelichtete Produkt mit echtem Schatten in Handumdrehen in ein transparentesPNG umwandeln (ohne multiplizieren! oder anderen im Web nicht funktionierenden Modi). Der Schatten war komplett verlustfrei und funktionierte auf absolut jedem Hintergrund (war aber nur schwarz). Mein vorgehen bisher:1. Produkt (mit Bodenschatten) in Photoshop öffnen.2. Ebene dublizieren.3. Produkt ohne Schatten freistellen. Zwischenergebnis:eine Photoshop Datei mit zwei Ebenen.A. Freigestelltes ProduktB. Hello community - is there a way to retrieve any page property other than the component node. i.e I have a component, in that I want to retrieve page's custom property which is not part of component node. I tried the below but it is not working. Can you advise me? ${page.getProperties['root/responsivegrid/content/customPropertyName']}

I’m facing an issue where a servlet configured as a resource type  works perfectly fine in the DEV publish environment, but it doesn’t work as expected in the Stage publish environment. MP1 portraitI created a form with one portrait Master Page (MP1).Appart from a few text fields in the master page, the content is basically a flowed subform (MP1_Body) with a table; the subform expands for as many records it receives, automatically continues in following pages, applies page break if needed using conditional break.All that works. MP2 landscapeNow, as second step. I am trying to introduce a second Master Page (MP2) with landscape orientation. Contains essentially the same things as MP1 but in a landscape orientation.The target is to decide on the fly to print the content either Portrait or Landscape (only one of them).I added necessary script to hide MP1 and show MP2 or viceversa. That seems to be working as well. However, MP2_Body subform, it is not recognizing the number of items of the binded content. Currently it is iterating only up to the Min Count in the Binding Section. Example: I have 11 lines of content; if I set Min Count = 1 it just prints one

In AEM forms designer, I have a two subforms. Each subform has text fields, a signature field and an email submit button. Some text fields are mandatory in each subform. Clicking on the email submit button of one subform should check whether mandatory fields in that specific subform have been filled. I have a validation script in a Script Object called 'validationUtils'. Hi guys, I've been trying to get my head around why some tables and subforms do not have Pagination tab. I have a table within a table that also contains another table. The table in the middle has Header and Content. If I select both, the Pagination tab appears, however, the setting applied doesn't work.If I only select either Header or Content the Pagination tab disappears. I'm out of options as to how to keep Header on the same page as Content. Any idea?

I am trying to add pagination to Scene7 /searchAssets SOAP API call. As mentioned in the documentation of searchAssets, we have "recordsPerPage" and "resultsPage" as Input parameters for the API call. There is no example mentioned on how to use these. I am quite new to the implementation of SOAP calls and have implemented as shown in the screenshot. This doesn't seem to be working for me. Is there something wrong with this format?

ACS Commons routing to a 500 page instead of a 400 for "Page Not Found."Example: I have a page at /content/sample/en/home.html. If I try to access hometest.html on Publisher1, it redirects to a 500 error page. The weird part is that on other publish servers, it correctly redirects to a 400 error page. All four publishers have the same configuration.I'm using AEM 6.5.18 and ACS 4.4.0.Your inputs are appreciated!

Hoping someone can help me understand the model better. The scenario I propose is this: I have a Content Fragment Model for a merchandising placement consisting of Title, Description and CTA. Say I want to display this on multiple pages: as a full-width banner on one page, and as a Small sidebar Tile on another. On the one hand, it seems that we should be doing this with Experience Fragments. However, having a different front-end design still requires me to create two distinct extensions of the Content Fragment Component. So other than reusability, why would I bother with Experience Fragments if I have to build the components anyway? In both cases, if I change the Content Fragment data, the implementations would be updated across the site regardless of whether I used Experience Fragment or not. So are there any legitimate use-cases for combining Content Fragments with Experience Fragments, or have I misunderstood the purpose or intention of these features?

Hi there, I have a Replication Event Listener that is running on AEMaaCS publisher. 1 week ago it worked fine, it received replication events as expected. Today I noticed that it stopped receiving replication events from the author when I publish any page. However, it still receives replication events that are triggered by org.apache.sling.sitemap.impl.SitemapScheduler on the publisher.  Below you can find my service declaration:@8220494( service = EventHandler.class, property = { "event.topics=com/day/cq/replication" }, configurationPolicy = ConfigurationPolicy.REQUIRE, immediate = true ) Does anyone face this issue too? Does it make sense to reimplement EventHandler on com.day.cq.replication.Preprocessor?

Hi Team, I have created a custom authentication handler by extending DefaultAuthenticationFeedbackHandler, by implementing AuthenticationHandler.  This handler is for /content path. Any request with /content path is coming to this handler. The problem here is even tough I am logged into AEM with admin credentials and accessing /content page the request is going to custom authentication handler. If I logged into AEM that means I have a valid session along with valid login-token.When a valid session is available then why my authentication handler is triggering? Is there any way we can stop this handler if valid session is available then request should not come to custom authentication handler. This is going like infinite loop, I am creating the user session in handler and once authentication is succeeded then I am redirecting user to the requested URI, then request is again coming to handler.@aanchal-sikka @kautuk_sahni @vijayalakshm

Is it feasible to enhance AEM Content Fragments by integrating an asset finder within them? We are considering developing a custom Content Fragment component that would enable us to author and manage a collection of assets or images seamlessly.

Hi All,I'm currently in the planning stage of migrating from AMS to AEMaaCS. Due to a lot of corrupt metadata in our system, it has been suggested that before migration we create a new Dynamic Media account with Adobe and process the assets with that account. However, it was highlighted by the Adobe team that any customization on the assets done using smartCrop will be lost in this process. In light of this information, I want to generate a report of all the assets in our system that have been modified using the smartCrop functionality. Since the cropping information is not stored as separate rendition nodes in the CRX repository, I am unable to query that data. Can anyone guide me in the right direction to acheive this?Thank you!Harshita Malhotra  

Hi,I am using AEM datepicker (granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/datepicker) for our Promo component. This is injected into backend java.util.Calendar instance, where we have additional logic for the component. When the date is selected while authoring the page, the datepicker is setting the datetime in local time instead of UTC time. I need the date to be in UTC time. Hi Team,   We are working on integrating GraphQL in AEM 6.5.13 (on-prem). To allow graphQL endpoints, we need to add entries in "Adobe Granite CSRF Filter" OSGi configuration.  We have successfully got the things working.   Now to deploy the changes in different environments, we were updating the "Adobe Granite CSRF Filter" OSGi configuration via code by adding configuration in "config.author" folder.   We are facing an issue as this OSGi configuration is not getting picked. We tried changing other configuration files placed there and all are getting picked and updated successfully.   We tried three approaches: 1. com.adobe.granite.csrf.impl.CSRFFilter.xml 2. com.adobe.granite.csrf.impl.CSRFFilter.cfg.json 3. com.adobe.granite.csrf.impl.CSRFFilter.config   but none were picked.    Please advise.

Hi, Currently I have a process as I add a pptx file in dam/project/myfolder folder. And select + add rendition option for adding its pdf file. But every time I need to manually create pdf file in local & add rendition of it. Is there anything that can be used for creating automatic rendition of pptx file as pdf file without installing anything external library as libreoffice or anything. Some help will be really appreciated.
