AEM 6.4 Assets Default Sort behavior

Is it possible to change the default sort behavior of files/folders in AEM 6.4 Assets? Would like to sort folders/files by title by default without switching to List View  > Title. Thanks.

I don't believe this is possible via configuration.  

 

In theory, anything is possible via customization, but I suspect the level of effort and impact to upgrade path would both be quite high.

Sorting isn't applied by default on folder load in AEM OOTB Assets. Switching to list view seems the only possibility until you customize the tool.

Diksha, how much is the customization efforts. Is there a way to alphabetize the whole list of assets.
