It's not possible to extract the usage reports using API in Adobe Brand Portal. You can download or view them in the Brand Portal UI. More information on reports can be found here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-brand-portal/using/admin-tools/brand-portal-reports.html?lang=en
