After installing AEM 6.3.3 cfp package makes the configMgr down

I have installed aem-6.3.3-cfp-8.78.zip  cumulative fix package in my environment. After that when the server get restarted, felix console configMgr(http://localhost:4502/system/console/configMgr) went down. I am getting error like below:
