Get all dynamic media presets & smart crop urls configured

I am working use case where I need to dynamically add the preset or smart crop based on window resolution.(without using responsive preset) I want to get all presets(url) or smart crops(url) which are configured in AEM then pick the appropriate preset url and update the image url based on resolution. Is there any way to get all the configured values?

 

I have integrated Dynamic Media scene7 Mode with my AEM 6.5.5.0 environment.
