To my knowledge, Content Hub doesn't currently support folders. 

Our users are very use to using a folder structure to find assets, so we built out custom filters on the Content Hub side (based on AEM Assets metadata) that helped users essentially navigate in almost the same way they would have with folders. Client Name, Asset Type, etc.

    Great suggestion - Content Hub - content hub works on Metadata not folders.

    Another option but more manual would be to create Collections based on folder assets.
