how to customise dam assets properties for TOUCH UI?

I need to add new properties in DAM assets for TOUCH UI. I have done it for Classic UI. But not getting or TOUCH UI where to customise new properties.

Adding to what mark has suggested you:

There's a GUI for modifying the Asset Metadata forms. To get there, select Tools > Assets > Metadata Schemas from the left rail.
