Hello,Currenty we have using AEMAACS and in that AEM DAM has around 90k assets and few sub folders has around 28k to 40k assets we need to generate an Asset report and in that dam:sha1 value need to be included.In AEM OOTB Asset Report we are not able to add dam:sha1 value.Using servlet we have written the code but its taking too much time and some times time out error. Is there any other way that we can add dam:sha1 value in our asset report using AEM OOTB Asset Reports or using ACS Commons package.please help me solve the requirement.

I'm attempting to construct a query to retrieve assets based on a selected JCR node type. I'm attempting to compare the nodeType variable within the following condition.I have added condition:{{#if '{{nodeType}}' == 'dam:Asset'}}From the above observation, it is noted that I am encountering this exception:Caused by: com.github.jknack.handlebars.HandlebarsException: inline@107adee3:5:21: found: '=', expected: '}}' {{#if '{{nodeType}}' == 'dam:Asset'}}I tried with {{#if '{{nodeType}}' = 'dam:Asset'}}, still the same issue. Please let me know the appropriate syntax._ Thanks

Hi,We have a requiremet to display a text value inside the Download dialog pop up(when we click the download button on an asset)The text value which need to display inside the download dialog is stored inside metdata schema with i.e dam:xyz property and this value need to be retrived and it should display inside the download dialog. please help me to solve above requirement.

I have a client who doesn't use core components within their project and has a Image Component where I want to upload a jpeg, jpg, png, gif and webp image formats. Jpeg, jpg, png work fine but gif does not render animations and webp shows a broken link. The image component uses simple getters and setters rather than the core component. for src alone the below logic is used. Note: filereference as the src generates proper gif but we need a src={baseresourcepath}.{img}.{extension} How to make gif and webp work here. @arunpatidar  @prince_shivhare 

Hi, I installed AEM Desktop app on my computer. When I sign in, the screen says "There are no assets to display" and there is a banner that says "The specified item could not be found". I've refreshed the app and rebooted my computer, but no luck. I'm not sure if I connected incorrectly or if this is a permissions issue or something else. Any advice on troubleshooting?For context, I am a dam user but not an admin. I have read permissions for most folders and edit permissions for one. Thank you,Morgan

After upgrading to service pack 18, the search within the Author Assets section of our AEM does not function properly.  There are 3 main issues:1. The filters section on the left side of the search results does not appear or function. 2. The number of results on the page shows incorrectly as -1 of -1.3. I want to customise aem inbox notification bcoz I don’t want to send notification to workflow initiator.i want notification to go to only wf approver (but in my usecase both belong to same group) for this reason, i have written custom class extending com.adobe.acs.commons.notifications.InboxNotification and custom class implementing InboxNotificationSender api. i am able to send customise inbox notification but when i click on notification > click complete > complete work item dialog > next step dropdown gives me some undefined values… how to fix that?ideally it shud the next step of workflow in dropdown which is not coming. also tell what parameters does this method expect - InboxNotificationImpl.setNoticationActions(); any example for that pls

Hi all,  We're facing the issue cq:name & cq:parentPath is not created when we imported the assets in aem. Earlier its was working as expected. Currently we're using AEM on-prem version 6.5.18. Please suggest if anyone faced the same issue. 

Dynamic media is enabled on author and images are having scene7 url. But when the images are published the publisher is having dam url instead of scene7 url. Can some one explain what is wrong with that?

Hello, I am looking for details on how the Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS) can be integrated with AEM Assets (Cloud Service). I see that the previous integration is no longer available - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/integrating-with-adobe-experience-cloud/asset-sharing/configuring-access-to-assets.html?lang=en so is there an alternate way available or it will have to be a custom solution ?

I have created a content fragment in "en" language and have created live copy of the CF inside "/europe/uk/en/".when i synchronize the language copy, all the changes are moved to the live copy.There is a use case when i need to cancel the inheritance , and there is an option which mentions that, when you click on Edit Live Copybut even when checking the Live Copy Suspended checkbox, which should ideally cancel the inheritance, the synchronize is still happening.Is there an OOTB way to cancel the inheritance in this case?

hi everyone i am working on sending custom email notification in aem workflow. For that, i have created my email template at this location -  `/etc/notification/email/default/en.txti am able to send email now. But can i commit this template as part of code . If yes then where in ui.apps or ui.content or ui.config ? And how ?or this template will be taken as content package ?

I have two questions related to brand portal.1. Can we have a custom URL / domain for brand portal.. if yes then how we can make a custom URL for production.  2. How we can extensively customize the brand portal via codebase.. for example we need to make a theme changes along with some CTA linkes / images / videos to show on landing page of brand portal.  The header on search page etc 

We are a company about to aquire the whole package of AEM, but our assigned Adobe sales rep can't tell us if a light user of the DAM can upload a file with all its metadata. One of the reasons that we are looking forward this solution, is because our current DAM does not have its files with the proper metadata that we want, since we have lots of them, however, some external users, like agencies or providers are the ones who create the assets and upload them. We want them to be able to fill the metadata when they upload files, so we no longer have to do it, in order to keep a proper organization.I understand Standrad users have all kind of capacities and accesses, but we are not giving our few Standard users to external collaborators, just Light type users. Thank you.

Hello, In my current implementation, we have Dynamic Media setup in Central DAM, and I'm able to do select the assets and publish them to the Dynamic media in Central DAM and then I am able to use them in a different environment where I'm actually creating pages.The issue that I have is that anytime I have to publish I have to always select the assets and do it, I want to do it at the folder level, I should be able to select folders and be able to do the "Publish to Dynamic Media" and then the images within the folder and the child folders should be published and available to use for making/creating content.I do not see an out of the box solution for this, can anyone guide me here?Thank you.
