Adobe Experience Manager Assets

Hi All!I could not find any information about this bug on the forum and the internet. Probably because it is hard to describe, but here we go.I'm developing custom Content Fragments in AEM.I have a custom Content Fragment Model, with couple of different fields.When I use Multi Line Text Field with Rich text as the default-mime-type(default editor view) in the CF Model definition, inserting <ul> and <ol> list in that text field, in the Content Fragment, makes the next piece of content a <div> rather than a standard <p>.It seams to be a bug, but I might be wrong. I hope also that this is the correct place to post/ask.Please find an example below.The last line in the Text Content : <div>12wqrqrwerwqrweqrwqer<br></div>Usually when next line is started in Rich Text Editor it is a <p> rather than a <div> like in this example.This happens for all fields that have the same type.View of the Content Fragment editor:Field Content read from the

Hello community,I uploaded asset in DAM. Asset is processed successfully. Now when I try to create an image set and try to add the uploaded image in image set from image set editor, I don't see that asset in the list.What could be the reason for this?Thanks in advance...!!!

Hello, I am trying to test applying metadata tags to several assets at once.  A window appears in the upper right corner to select or not select "Append Mode" What does "append mode" do if checked? what does it do if you do not check it? Thank you. Suzanne

Is there a way for us to download the Adobe Asset Link Extension package and configure it locally. ? If so, where can i download the AAL 3.0 Extension from.

I am working on a project where they started in AEM 6.3 and have upgraded to AEM 6.5.9. I have not seen this before but they have commerce product types stored in /etc/assets/[project_name]/[subfolder_name/assset_name format. In 6.5.x, how would one create/modify/delete these items in a UI? I can use crx/de to do some things but I'm looking for the UI that provides the form for structure and fields.

Hi there, we are struggling with getting the asset link feature to work for our creative cloud users.1. Creative Cloud is on a separate azure tenant than AEM Assets Essentials2. Domain and directory trust is enabled and working3. Users with federated id are synced properly and are setup with product profiles in both "clouds"4. Deployment package with asset link created5. User logged in with federated id in creative cloud desktop app installs photoshop, asset link is available there under extensions6. Asset link does not automagically find any environment despite the documentation highlighting this would be the case7. Hey there,  I have an use case where designer use Photoshop ( Adobe Creative Cloud) product on IMS ORG A, and AEM (Adobe Experience Cloud) product hosted on IMS ORG2. Can i use AAL to connect Photoshop to AEM provided i add the creative user to my IMS ORG2 and grand necessary user permissions?

I ran Dynamic Media : Reprocess Assets OOB workflow(/conf/global/settings/workflow/models/scene7_reprocess_assets.html) for copying the assets of a particular folder to the dynamic media server and publishing the version of the asset on DM. I used ACS Commons Bulk Workflow manager to run this and used the below query path=/content/dam/test_foldertype=dam:Assetp.limit=-1 The workflow was running since 3 days and it showed 24 remaining. I stopped this bulk workflow today. Can someone help me how I can identify the 24 remaining assets which where not processed in a query?Tried using the below property to get those 24 images which were shown as remaining in the bulk manager workflow. path=/content/dam/test-foldertype=dam:Assetproperty = jcr:content/metadata/dam:scene7FileStatusproperty.value = PublishCompletep.hits=fullp.limit=-1 But this again gave the total 124 images.

Hi everyone, My scenario is the following: I created a custom servlet (registered to a path, lets say /bin/servlet) that is getting called from an external system and it performs a couple of actions on the Assets (moving and setting metadata values). The servlet is only available in author instances.My question is if there's any simple way of securing the servlet endpoint to work as the Assets HTTP API do, where you need to generate a JWT and then exchange it for a bearer token to be able to call the AEMaaCS instance.If not, what are the correct ways of securing servlets when using AEMaaCS.

Validated Day CQ Workflow Email Notification Service OSGI configuration - Notify on Complete option disabled and From Email Address updated as no-reply@XYZ.com but still we are getting OOTB email notification from  noreply@day.com. Please refer attached screenshot. 

Hi.According to this video https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-learn/sites/content-fragments/content-fragments-translation-feature-video-use.htmlwhen sending for translation pages which contains content fragments, content fragment copy to target language should be created automatically.Is there any reason we have preserved original content fragment link in translated page, and no target language of content fragment is created in assets?For example if to send for translation We.Retail page /content/we-retail/language-masters/en/experience/skitouring.html, its content fragment retains  /content/dam/we-retail/en/experiences/skitouring/skitouring in de version. Translation project created with References panel. Even if to select Create Structure Only, it retains.We have set all settings according to video, but in 6.4 interface of Translation Cloud Config.Do we make something wrong, or is it AEM 6.4.0 version issue?

Trying to avoid having to verify one at a time which content fragments currently have variations within them. I have tried performing various queries but no luck. Any ideas?

Hi all,    In author test env, I am calling Assets api to create a folder. The request gets success, but when I login this author service, no folder is actually created. I have hundreds to assets in a folder I need to set the Expiration date to expire.  To do this, I need to set the field prism:expirationDate{{Date}} in a csv import process. This would entail setting all 100ish fields of prism:expirationDate{{Date}} with the same value.  I've set the date to 2021-10-07T17:13:00-07:00 and for some reason the csv doesn't change. I know you need to set the value to a date in the present/future. Am I doing something wrong with the date? Does the "T" value here cause a csv import to have problems? Has anyone else ever done this? Cheers, JD

Current assets are in PROD. Rebuilding the site in DEV but want to link the assets in PROD in the DEV environment. Can this be done? If so, how?
