Instance crashes while accessing Apache Jackrabbit Oak UserConfiguration.

When trying to get the config values of  Apache Jackrabbit Oak UserConfiguration using org.osgi.service.cm.ConfigurationAdmin, the custom core bundles is getting bound to the user congifuration which crashes the instance. May I know why its getting bound. Has anyone faced this issue before, if yes please do let me know how to fix this issue.
