Workflows: DAM Upload Asset

In my 6.1 environment(s), there is a workflow called DAM Upload Assets.  But in local instances of 6.2 and 6.3 it is not there, did the DAM Update Asset replace this workflow?  Or is it missing from the build(s).

There is no such workflow OOTB. Could have been copied from DAM Update asset. You can check each workflow step and compare.
