You have to request this via Adobe Slack channel, as mentioned by @c-piosecny x-walk is only for VIP customer.

I had the same issue earlier while working on the sandbox, and I realized that the AEMaaCS instance was not updated even while update was available. I started getting that field, after I updated the dev instance

Hi there,

the template is correct, but AEM Authoring with Edge Delivery Services has not yet been publicly released and is only available on request via Adobe/VIP program.The repository field will only show up if your AEM environment has the feature enabled.

To my knowledge you can expect the public release with the Apr 25 release.
