I think that as of now LinkedIn is the best place to look for such opportunities, make sure you have a good and updated profile, you could post what you are looking for and you can get an opportunity.

Another option is to try to apply directly to the companies which are AEM experts, you can get to know them via Adobe's partner finder portal: https://solutionpartners.adobe.com/s/directory/
