403 error when getting local development token in AEM developer console

Hi all,
    I am trying to get local development token in AEM developer console. However, when openning it, I am getting 403 error. I am not sure which access are missing for me.

 


    Any ideas, please?

You have to check with your AEM Administrator to provide you the access, Or if you have an admin console access please add yourself under this environment product profile.

Do you have an access to the AEM Service (e1137163) ?

It looks like I don't have the access to the AEM Service (e1137163). How to verify it and how to get the access, please?
