6.5 Content fragment has no option to chose multiple element in Display Mode

I'm using AEM 6.5 service pack 6.5.4.There I don't have the option to chose multiple element in Content Fragment when I try to render it on a page. I'm referring the below attached image there user can chose either multiple element or single element but my one always has single element option.

Any idea highly appreciated.
