ABC counting when adding instance

Hello.

I'm not sure if this is possible, but instead on numbering instances which I've done before, is it possible to make it abc? What would be the code in javascript?

You can use CSS to change list-style

Thank you, but this is more for css style where I need the java script code for an event in Experience Manager Designer. I'm not sure how I would use it in the case of adding new instance.
