Access rights for Language Copy creation

As per the documentation, I've added both /conf/global and /content/projects - jcr:all permissions to the content-authors group but that functionality(Language Copy) isn’t visible.

Hopefully, someone can give me some suggestions.

    The FAQ says if you want language copy option under the create button, you need to add the author to administrator group as well.

    Adding the additional permission solves the issue of NPE after clicking the option.

     

    Can you reconfirm its being done ?

      So.. I need to give admin access to all editors, there is no other way?
