Adobe Acrobat 8.1 Professional No lo puedo activar

Recientemente mi ordenador se estropeo y quise instalar mi Adobe Acrobat Professional 8.1 y no soy capaz.

Es imposible que se conecte a internet y a traves de telefono,, tampoco me dicen que no existen esos números.

¿Cómo lo puedo solucionar?.

You should have an Adobe account associated with your license's product, so you would have to log in here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and then be able to download Acrobat. If not, then you need to contact directly Adobe support and explain your case.
