Adobe DPS 2015 publishing plugins InDesign
I get an Update Failed when trying to install Adobe DPS 2015 Plugins, please help? I have the latest versions of Creative Cloud and DPS.

You need to delete the file mentioned at the end of this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/disable-auto-updates-application-manager.html.
