You should include the launch libs into your application pages.

URL can be copied from Environment Tab:

@leoberliant I am connecting it up to my Android app not a website. But have followed the set up instructions in this section for mobile

Not sure about android but Ideally, The launch library should load on the page where you are trying to capture the data.
