Where can I find the Bulk Editor in Adobe SaaS CMS, as in AEM?

I need to update the TAGs (not product TAGs - the page TAGs), I used to export a list of tags on the Bulk Editor. I can follow the steps sent by @himanshu_jain to obtain this list, right?

For Assets you can select the folder and export the metadata in csv format . After that you can make the edits and upload the same by clicking create button and select metadata option .
