AEM 6.0 component - Responsive design

Hi there,

AEM 6.0 Out of the box components are designed as responsive?

i.e if we use the out of the box component,will it have same effect across different device.

Kindly share your thoughts on this.

I see most of the components are responsive as they use bootstrap within.
