AEM 6.1 Scheduled activation not working

Recently upgraded from 5.6 to 6.1 and we are now getting an error like this one for scheduled activations:

com.day.cq.replication.ReplicationException: Version 2.9.45.11.25 not found for path /content/...

Looking at the versions in the sidekick on the page, versions 2.9.45.11.24 and 11.26 exist. However where 11.25 should be the label is instead 'Scheduled Activation Time is ....'.

Is this a known issue and is there some fix/workaround for it? Any help appreciated, our authors really want this working!

Just to note, we are running an upgraded 5.6 repository (not a scratch install) with SP1 and hotfixes, the instance is not clustered, and we've had no other problems with replication or versioning.

scratch 6.1 installation worked without any problem. 

Can you try updating on any other instance and check if you face the same issue there aswell. Just to make sure its consistant and an issue on the upgrade !

This looks like a upgrade issue. I ahve seen these situations occur when updated vs a new install.  

Best to file a daycare ticket to handle this situation.
