AEM 6.2 sp1 Card view in dam asset manager not showing all items

Hello everyone, I've a problem with the asset manager where the Card view (ONLY the Card View) is not showing all the items, just two folders but I've more assets that if I set another type of view such as Column or List I see all the assets.

My instance:

  • AEM 6.2 SP1 (previous to install SP1 I've to install cq-6.2.0-hotfix-12785-7.0)
  • cq-6.2.0-sp1-cfp-5.0
  • cq-6.2.0-sp1-cfp-9.0

This happens even with an admin user with this groups assigned:

  • administrators
  • everyone

What could it be happening?

Hi @phoenix_uy @smacdonald2008,

 

Any root cause identified for this issue, We do face this issue in one of our instances (AEM 6.5.17).

Are you able to see the default files that comes with geometrixx. For example - I am not seeing missing assets

No, I'm not able to see the geometrixx default assets also.

There is something wrong with your instance -- can you please log a support ticket as you may need a hotfix. You should be seeing all of these files.
