[AEM access configuration] Manage permissions at program level Cloud Manager

Hi everyone! Can you help me?

I would like to know if it is possible to configure a user's access in Cloud Manager at the Program level?
For example, restrict a user's access to services, allowing only access to "SSL Certificate" and "IP Allow List", is it possible? How?

A user must be a member of the Business Owner or Deployment Manager role to install an SSL certificate in Cloud Manager.

Role-based access are generally listed in the pages specific to the functionality, like:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/using-cloud-manager/manage-ssl-certificates/add-ssl-certificate

In my specific case, I need to create an access group where the user would only have access to the "IP Allow List" item in the cloud manager, but should not have access to environments and pipelines, for example. If I understand correctly, I can create a user profile and customize it as desired, as in the example, is that right @aanchal-sikka ?

The Deployment Manager role will provide access to the IP Allow List, but they can't deploy to production. They would be able to read Environment details, but only with specific product profiles they would be able to access them

Pipelines they can few accesses related to pipelines, as listed on Role-Based Permissions | Adobe Experience Manager
