AEM bulk update tags to a page

Question

I have a CSV containingpage,tags with 1000 values.How do I bulk update those tags and set to the corresponding pages?I see ACS Tag Maker provides the way to import tags from CSV to AEM.Is there any similar functionality or does tag maker provides such functionalities to bulk import tags and update tags to a page ?Thank you,

I found a way to update the jcr:content through cq:tags property in CURL.

Is there CURL command to tag a page with tag list?

I see a CURL command to import the tag to AEM

is there any similar command to "add tag to a page"
