Hi all,

For AEM cloud service, how to do the monitoring please? After reading some documents, I get lost.

Adobe Experience Manager: Monitoring AEM instance and repository
https://helpx.adobe.com/customer-care-office-hours/aem/aem-monitoring-instance-repository-performance.html
Comments: For this article, I find I cannot access https://my-author-host/libs/granite/operations/content/systemoverview.html, though I can see it via CRXDE console.

Operations Dashboard in AEM 6.5
https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/administering/operations/operations-dashboard.html?lang=en
Comments: I don't see Operations Dashboard in AEM cloud as well.

New Relic?
https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/using-cloud-manager/user-access-new-relic.html?lang=en#
Comments: not able to verify it so far.

So, what are the options or suggestions of doing the monitoring for AEM cloud, please?
Thanks.

Hi Hugh,

You can monitor logs by integrating your cloud service with Splunk[1]

To monitor your system health New Relic will do a wonderful job.

Regards,

Peter
