Looks like the Adobe Public repo is down again.... I was told there were "disk space issues" last week when this was down - is this the same case?   Can we please resolve this once and for all.   Thanks!

Are you referring to the Adobe Maven Repo -- Adobe Public Maven Repository

Yes, it is working better now, although I am building recent ACS Commons and it looks like it has broken dependencies, because

https://repo.adobe.com/nexus/service/local/repositories/releases/content/com/adobe/cq/cq-dialog-conversion/1.0.2/cq-dial…

It is a dependency that is referring to it's parent:

com.day.cq:parent:pom:40

which is not there: https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/day/cq/parent/40/parent-40.pom

Is it a glitch of Adobe Nexus or just wrong dependencies? I believe parent should be in the same repo as cq-dialog-conversion:1.0.2 is.
