I want to learn how AEM On Premise DevOps could be implemented using a tool like Jenkins.

 

How the pipelines are built.

 

Is there any tutorial or nice process documentation please?

On a general note, Jenkins is a comprehensive product with many features. To get started, you can refer to the official documentation titled "Creating Your First Pipeline".
