Author Domain Onboarding at CDN

Hi Team

 

We have onboarded one of our environments on CDN(Akamai) and the environment is accessible.
However, the asset uploading and downloading functionalities are not working.

Could you please help on priority on this case, what could be the possible reason for this or any other standard steps to be take for onboarding.

    Hi @bishnu_satpathy_tcs, AFAIK custom domains for author services are not supported in AEMaaCS.

    Are you using on-prem setup?

      It is an AMS setup.

        @rohan_garg Hello Roshan. Any additional headers/any other stuff needs to be added as part of this. On akamai, just the author origin domain has been mapped to the cdn's domain.
