auto-trigger of replication from author to publisher.

I am trying to auto-trigger replication of image assets from author to publisher when I upload the assets in author. I have enabled 'On Modification' and 'On Receive' triggers on 'Default Agent' of author replication as mentioned in following forum, but it doesnt work.

Can you provide me an example of how to launch workflow to trigger the activation?

Upload is just an creationg & not modification. Also asset get modified at time as rendition creation etc...     For your use case update the workflow launcher to trigger the activation.
